For investors and upgraders, the conversation is really about numbers and rules. We model the actual cost — ABSD where it applies, the loan and TDSR, stamp duties, the holding period — and whether an asset-progression move (selling one, buying two, or right-sizing) genuinely puts you ahead or just adds risk and debt. I would rather you skip a deal than walk into one that looks good only on a glossy brochure.
If the numbers do work, I help you ballot or secure the right unit, handle the paperwork, and stay with you through to TOP and beyond — including the eventual rental or resale when the time comes. The pitch is simple: clear-eyed advice on whether, what and when, not just “buy now”.
