So Tailside is deliberately a neighbourhood clinic, not a factory. The same small team sees your pet each visit, so we know their history and their quirks. We invested in our own laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound so we can answer your worries on the same day, and a real in-house pharmacy so you leave with what your pet needs — and the advice to use it well.
