What to expect
When something goes wrong with a pet, panic is the natural first response — and a calm voice on the phone helps more than anything. We keep urgent slots free in the daily schedule and run an after-hours line every night, so you can reach a real person who will help you decide whether to come straight in, watch and wait, or head to a 24-hour hospital.
For true emergencies during our hours — collapse, difficulty breathing, suspected poisoning, severe bleeding, an inability to pass urine, trauma after a fall or accident — we triage on arrival and stabilise first: oxygen, pain relief, fluids and rapid diagnostics as the situation needs. The aim is to get your pet comfortable and out of danger, then talk you through the next steps clearly.
We are honest about our limits. We are a neighbourhood clinic, not a 24-hour critical-care hospital, so for cases that need overnight intensive care we stabilise and refer you straight to a trusted Singapore emergency centre, with a full handover so nothing is lost in the move.
