What this class is like

Fiesta Strong is where dance meets HIIT. Instead of counting reps over silence, every squat, jump and lunge is timed to the beat, so the music actually does the pushing for you. It is intense, but the choreography carries you through the hard bits.

Expect bodyweight intervals — squats, knee drives, fast feet, the occasional burpee — sandwiched between dance recovery sections so your heart rate climbs and dips in waves. That is what makes it such an efficient calorie burn in under an hour.

It is our most demanding regular class, so we suggest a few Zumba Original sessions under your belt first. But every move has a lower-impact option, and the instructor will always show you it — you set your own gear.
