What this class is like
Zumba Original is our heartbeat. The instructor leads, you follow, and within a song or two you stop counting steps and just move — hips, arms, the lot. We rotate Latin rhythms (salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton) with the odd pop or Bollywood track thrown in, so no two classes feel quite the same.
It is built so a complete first-timer and a five-year regular can stand side by side in the same room. The moves repeat enough to learn on the fly, the instructor cues every change, and there is zero judgement if you go left when everyone goes right — half the fun is the laughing.
You will burn a serious number of calories without watching a clock, because your brain is busy enjoying itself. Most people leave sweaty, a little out of breath, and already asking what time the next one is.
