What this class is like
Latin Sculpt brings the energy of the studio down to the mat. We work through controlled, music-led sets for the core, glutes and legs — think pulses, holds and slow lowers — with just enough Latin flavour to keep it from feeling like a dull strength circuit.
There are no heavy weights and no complicated equipment; it is bodyweight and a mat, scalable for whoever is in the room. Beginners build a base, regulars chase the burn, and everyone leaves with that good kind of sore.
Pair it with your dance classes and you cover both sides of fitness — the cardio party on dance days and the targeted toning here. It is also a gentler option on a day your legs need a break from jumping.
