What does a Coolworks site actually do for my Singapore aircon-installation business?
It turns your installation trade’s website into a survey-booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a fast, survey-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, a free-site-survey / enquiry flow, the signature Install Quote Builder that quotes installs instantly, System 1–4 packages with per-service pages, a projects gallery and how-it-works trust — all built to turn searches into booked surveys, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Fitting new aircon is, for a Singapore household, a high-value and considered purchase — a homeowner choosing who installs a System 3 across their new BTO is comparing brands, sizing and trust, not hunting a S$80 clean. Yet plenty of installers run a single Facebook page or a one-page site with a phone number, so a ready-to-buy customer has no way to see your packages, no instant price, and no clean way to book a survey. Coolworks flips that: a fast, conversion-focused site with a navy split install hero, System 1–4 packages, per-service detail pages, a how-it-works flow, a projects gallery and an instant Install Quote Builder, so a serious buyer can go from “I need aircon for my new flat” to a booked survey in a couple of taps.
The signature Install Quote Builder is the engine. A customer picks their property type, how many indoor units, the aircon type and the brand tier, and it shows a clear supply-and-install figure, recommends the right System-N, and drops them into WhatsApp with the spec pre-filled. It sets price expectations on a high-ticket job up front, qualifies the lead, and lands the survey request warm rather than cold — the single biggest difference between a site that browses and a site that books surveys.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update packages, per-unit prices, brands and the Quote Builder yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a survey calendar, a customer area, CRM integration or area pages as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real survey-booking engine, not a single Facebook page.
- The Install Quote Builder quotes a high-ticket install instantly and drops the buyer into WhatsApp warm.
- Free-site-survey + WhatsApp-first booking turns considered aircon searches into booked surveys.
- A split install hero, System 1–4 packages, how-it-works flow and projects gallery built around how people pick an installer.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update packages and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Coolworks site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most aircon installers: a Facebook-only presence with no booking, no way to show packages or quote an install, no per-system prices a customer can browse, a look that doesn’t feel trustworthy for a four-figure job, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, survey-first, conversion-built aircon-installation website — with the Install Quote Builder, free-site-survey booking, System 1–4 packages, a projects gallery and a how-it-works flow — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most aircon installers trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A Facebook page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a comment-and-DM chase. A cheap one-page site has no package menu, no per-system prices and nothing to estimate — fatal for a four-figure install where the buyer wants a number before they call. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Coolworks is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, survey-first aircon-installation demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a navy split install hero, the Install Quote Builder, System 1–4 packages, per-service pages, a projects gallery, a how-it-works flow and a free-site-survey flow that actually turn searches into booked surveys.
A look that earns trust on a big-ticket job: the design is a confident navy + electric-blue + orange engineering system with Poppins display type, install-package cards, a projects gallery and a sticky “Free site survey” bar, so it reads as a real, organised installer a homeowner will trust with their walls — not a recoloured template. The package cards and Quote Builder do the “which system and how much” work that a Facebook grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Facebook-only with no booking → A free-site-survey + WhatsApp-first booking flow with CTAs on every page.
- Every enquiry is a manual DM chase → The Install Quote Builder quotes and qualifies the install before they reach you.
- Nothing to browse or price → System 1–4 packages, per-service detail pages and an instant per-unit Quote Builder.
- Doesn’t look trustworthy for a four-figure job → A confident navy engineering design with a projects gallery and how-it-works flow.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update packages, prices and brands without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your aircon-installation site?
For a Singapore aircon installer, SGBP customises the live Coolworks site — Install Quote Builder, free-site-survey booking, System 1–4 packages, projects gallery and how-it-works — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts a four-figure install or looks trustworthy.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom survey-driven trade site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, survey-first aircon-installation design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and install-specific touches like the Install Quote Builder, a free-site-survey booking flow, System 1–4 packages and a projects gallery are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts a high-ticket install, seldom looks genuinely trustworthy, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of fitting aircon.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Coolworks demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and services. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Coolworks demo is the actual product, Install Quote Builder and survey-booking flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Quote Builder, free-site-survey booking, split install hero, packages and projects gallery are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local tone and SGD per-unit pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Coolworks aircon-installation site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a heatwave installation rush or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero image, package photos and projects gallery are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the package cards and the interactive Install Quote Builder stay snappy on every device — including the phones most customers browse from. The Quote Builder’s pricing runs efficiently client-side, so the supply-and-install figure appears instantly as the customer taps.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the survey-request and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when customers share their address and photos of the rooms. Add CRM integration and every survey request pipes straight into your trade CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.

- Interactive Install Quote Builder runs efficiently client-side for instant pricing
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of survey & enquiry data
- Spam-protected survey & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Coolworks site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, HDB/BTO/condo/landed terms, System 1–4 language, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of trade sites are built to look fine and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what you install or where you cover. We build the opposite. Your Coolworks site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “aircon installation Punggol” or “System 3 aircon BTO price Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks “who does aircon installation for new BTO flats in Singapore?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your installation trade and services are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, optional area pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Service & package pages target high-intent local long-tail: “System 2 aircon installation Tampines”, “BTO aircon package price Singapore” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps customers from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: package and FAQ copy written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local towns, HDB/BTO/condo/landed terms, System 1–4 language, PDPA-aware handling throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a package and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Coolworks aircon-installation site actually look like?
You get a full trade site, not a single page: a navy split install homepage, an installation-services menu, a detail page per service, a System 1–4 packages page, a how-it-works flow, a projects gallery, an about page, a free-site-survey / contact page, a reviews page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Install Quote Builder — rebuilt with your brand, systems and tone.
We start from the live Coolworks demo and rebuild every page around your installation trade, brand and systems. Nothing stays as filler: your packages, per-unit prices, copy, imagery, projects and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the split install hero, the how-it-works flow, the Install Quote Builder, the package cards and the survey-booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a service or update a price long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a survey calendar, advanced SEO, a customer area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: island-wide coverage with local town references, System 1–4 language, a local tone, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a navy split install hero, a brands-we-install strip, an intro split, System 1–4 package cards, why-us pillars, a navy promise band, a how-it-works flow, a services grid, a projects gallery, the Quote Builder and reviews — all rebranded to you.
- Installation services — every service grouped by category, each card with a category kicker, blurb, from-price and a details link.
- Service detail — a captioned hero image, a sticky quote aside, what’s involved, what’s included, add-ons and related installs.
- Install Quote Builder — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, a how-the-estimate-works explainer and the per-unit rates.
- Packages — System 1–4 supply-and-install price cards plus an aircon-type and brand-tier explainer.
- How it works — the numbered survey-first install flow plus the three trust promises.
- Projects — a BTO / condo / landed installations gallery with an island-wide coverage directory.
- About — your installation trade’s story, the installers, why-us reasons and trust stats.
- Book a survey & contact — a survey-request form (no cart): property, units, service, area, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option and your showroom details.
- Reviews — a fuller wall of customer reviews with the headline rating.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a dark-navy footer with installation, brands and service-area columns, plus a sticky header with an Installation dropdown and a Free-site-survey CTA.

Can the Coolworks site scale from one crew to a multi-crew, multi-service installer as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page installation brand with a full service library, area pages, a survey calendar, a customer area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add WhatsApp booking and enquiry capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most aircon installers launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Coolworks is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, installation services, packages and survey booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per service, area pages for the towns you cover and an aircon-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a heatwave install rush or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online survey calendar so customers self-book a slot, and add CRM integration so every survey request flows into your follow-up and quoting.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add services, area pages and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The package cards, Install Quote Builder and survey flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through install rushes or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online survey calendar plus CRM integration for quoting & follow-up
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a customer area for warranty records
- A multilingual content layer is available for more customers, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Coolworks site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit packages, per-unit prices, services, the Install Quote Builder’s rates and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a trade site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new package, a price change, a fresh projects photo, an installer joining the crew. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your System 1–4 packages and per-unit prices, the Install Quote Builder’s rates and brand-tier multipliers, your projects gallery, your coverage details and the survey-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so survey requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a service — set the name, category, blurb, on-site time and from-price, and it appears in the menu and footer automatically.
- Edit the Install Quote Builder — adjust the per-unit rates, brand-tier multipliers and piping rate so estimates stay accurate to your pricing.
- Update prices — change any package from-price in a click; the site and Quote Builder update together.
- Manage packages — edit what each System package includes and its from-price.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage survey requests — set the form recipient, service / area routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top packages, Quote Builder usage and survey requests in Google Analytics.

Aircon-installation website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Install Quote Builder, free-site-survey booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you aircon-installation website in Singapore.
How much does an aircon-installation website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you aircon-installation website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready trade site with the Install Quote Builder tool and a free-site-survey / WhatsApp-first booking flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a survey calendar, a customer area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Coolworks demo, your System 1–4 packages and per-unit prices set up, the Install Quote Builder tool, a free-site-survey / WhatsApp-first booking flow, a projects gallery, a how-it-works page, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most aircon-installation sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, area pages, a survey calendar, a customer area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add packages, change per-unit prices and refresh projects photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Install Quote Builder and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a customer picks their property type, number of indoor units, aircon type and brand tier, and it shows a live supply-and-install price, recommends the right System-N, and drops them into WhatsApp with the spec pre-filled. On a four-figure install it sets price expectations up front, qualifies the lead and lands the survey request warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your per-unit rates and brand-tier multipliers drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. Aircon installation is a survey-and-quote business, so the site has a free-site-survey / WhatsApp-first booking flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked surveys via the Install Quote Builder, package cards, projects gallery, how-it-works flow, survey form and WhatsApp. Even the packages are booked by survey request rather than a checkout.
Will the design actually look trustworthy, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely distinct installation design — a confident navy + electric-blue + orange engineering palette with Poppins display type, System 1–4 package cards, a projects gallery, a numbered process and a sticky free-site-survey bar — built to read as an organised, reliable installer a homeowner will trust with their walls. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your business rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can customers book a survey over WhatsApp and via a form?
Yes. Every build includes a free-site-survey form plus WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, including from the Install Quote Builder with the spec pre-filled. The PDPA-aware survey-request form routes to your inbox. Add the online survey calendar for true self-service slot booking, and CRM integration to pipe survey requests into your quoting and follow-up.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local aircon-installation searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, optional area pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is customer data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Survey-request and enquiry details, including any photos of the rooms, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a customer area, gated content is access-controlled.
Can I show my own System packages and brands?
Absolutely — that’s the point. Your System 1–4 packages, what each includes, the aircon types and brand tiers you offer, your projects gallery and your per-unit prices all replace the demo content, set up in the self-editable CMS. The Install Quote Builder is wired to your own rates, so the indicative prices a customer sees match what you actually charge.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Quote Builder rate changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on the installs.
