What does a Menda site actually do for my Singapore appliance-repair business?
It turns your repair business’s website into a booking and trust engine in about a week from S$900. You get a confident, credible site you can try yourself in the live demo, a diagnostic-booking flow, the signature Repair Quote Estimator that shows an indicative repair range plus the callout fee, a repair menu, per-appliance detail pages, technician profiles and reviews — all built to turn “my fridge died” searches into booked diagnostic visits, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
When an appliance breaks, the customer is anxious and in a hurry — they want to know you can fix their exact appliance, roughly what it might cost, and that you’ll turn up. Yet many repairers run a dated one-pager that lists a phone number and little else, so the customer can’t tell if you handle their brand of washer or what a callout costs. Menda flips that: a bold red-and-charcoal site with a clear appliance grid, per-appliance pages, named technicians, an honest pricing explainer and an instant estimator — so a worried customer goes from “can these people fix my Bosch oven, and what will it cost?” to a booked visit in a couple of taps.
The signature Repair Quote Estimator is the standout, and it directly addresses the two things customers hesitate over: whether the repair is worth it and what it costs. They pick the appliance, the fault, the brand tier and roughly how old it is, and the tool shows an indicative parts-and-labour range plus the diagnostic callout — then books them on WhatsApp with it all pre-filled. It sets expectations, filters out the “just give me a new one” crowd, and lands the enquiry warm.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update appliances, faults, technicians, the estimator’s prices and content yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a booking calendar, fault landing pages, a customer job-portal or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real booking engine, not a dated one-pager.
- A confident, trade-direct design and named technicians that build trust before the visit.
- The Repair Quote Estimator shows an indicative range AND the callout fee — and books customers warm.
- A clear appliance grid and per-appliance pages — the brands and faults customers actually search for.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update appliances and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Menda site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most repair businesses: a dated one-page site, no easy booking, no way to show which appliances and brands you handle, no pricing guidance, a look that doesn’t inspire trust, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, trade-first appliance-repair website — with the Repair Quote Estimator, diagnostic booking, a repair menu, per-appliance pages and technicians — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most appliance-repair businesses trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A dated site is slow on mobile, shows just a phone number, says nothing about which appliances or brands you cover, and gives no sense of cost — so an anxious customer calls the next repairer instead. A cheap template looks generic and doesn’t build the trust someone needs before letting a stranger into their home. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Menda is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, trade-first repair demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a clear appliance grid, the Repair Quote Estimator, a repair menu, per-appliance detail pages, named technicians and a booking flow that actually turn searches into booked diagnostic visits.
A look that reassures when someone’s appliance has failed: repairs are bought on trust and urgency, so the design is a bold, confident red-and-charcoal trade system with named, photographed technicians, clear appliances and brands, honest reviews and a transparent callout policy. It reads as a competent, straight-talking team rather than a recoloured template — exactly what reassures a customer in a hurry.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — appliances, faults, technicians, estimator prices — through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Dated one-pager → A fast, mobile-first, confident repair site customers trust.
- Hard to book → Diagnostic booking plus WhatsApp-first enquiry on every page.
- Can’t tell what you fix → A clear appliance grid, per-appliance pages and common-brands grids.
- No way to set price expectations → The Repair Quote Estimator shows an indicative range and the callout fee up front.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update appliances, prices and technicians without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your repair site?
For a Singapore appliance-repair business, SGBP customises the live Menda site — Repair Quote Estimator, diagnostic booking, per-appliance pages, technicians and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or reassures.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom repair site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, trade-first repair design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and repair-specific touches like the Repair Quote Estimator, diagnostic booking, per-appliance pages and common-brands grids are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom reassures a customer whose fridge just died, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of out on jobs.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Menda demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your appliances and brands. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Menda demo is the actual product, Repair Quote Estimator and booking and all.
- Built to convert: the estimator, diagnostic booking, per-appliance pages and technicians are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, SGD pricing, local areas and a callout-credited-to-the-repair policy throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Menda appliance-repair site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast when a heatwave kills a hundred fridges and your traffic spikes.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero, appliance photo cards and technician photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Repair Quote Estimator stay snappy on every device — including the phones most customers book from while standing next to the broken appliance. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA so the site is usable for everyone.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add CRM or job-system integration and bookings can pipe into your workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Repair Quote Estimator runs efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware data handling
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Menda site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, appliance brands, HDB/condo terms, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of repair sites are built to look fine and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell which appliances you fix or where you cover. We build the opposite. Your Menda site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “fridge repair Tampines” or “washing machine repair Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks what a dryer repair is likely to cost. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your area. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness markup so your repair business is machine-readable; Service markup for each appliance repair; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, appliance / fault landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Appliance & fault pages target high-intent local long-tail: “oven repair Bishan”, “dishwasher not draining Singapore”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps customers from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: repair copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local towns, appliance brands, HDB/condo terms, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update an appliance and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Menda appliance-repair site actually look like?
You get a full repair site, not a single page: a trust-first homepage with a red hero band and a tabbed appliance grid, a repair menu, a detail page per appliance, a dedicated Repair Quote Estimator, a how-it-works page, an about page with technicians and booking plans, a reviews page, an FAQ and a book-a-repair / contact page — rebuilt with your appliances, brands and tone.
We start from the live Menda demo and rebuild every page around your repair business, brand and appliances. Nothing stays as filler: your appliances, technicians, service photos, prices, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the red hero band, the tabbed appliance grid, the Repair Quote Estimator, the per-appliance detail pages, the common-faults bands and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update prices, add an appliance or edit a technician long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a booking calendar, advanced SEO, a customer job-portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: local area references, appliance brand names, a confident trade tone and an honest callout-credited-to-the-repair policy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a centered red hero band, a tabbed appliance photo grid, an about split, a numbered process, family cards, the Repair Quote Estimator, a stats band, why-us, reviews and contact strips — all rebranded to you.
- Repairs — every appliance as a red-caption photo card grouped by family (cooling, laundry, kitchen), each linking to a detail page.
- Appliance detail — a red banner, a what’s-involved article, a common-faults band with red-arrow bullets and a common-brands grid.
- Repair Quote Estimator — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-to-read-it explainer.
- How it works — a numbered four-step repair process plus the promises behind every visit.
- About — your story, a charcoal stats band, booking plans and technician profiles, plus your service hubs.
- Reviews — Google-style customer cards with star ratings.
- FAQ — an UPPERCASE question accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Book a repair / contact — contact columns and a booking form (no cart): appliance, brand, area, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp.

Can the Menda site scale from a solo repairer to a multi-technician outfit as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page business with a full appliance library, fault landing pages, multiple service hubs, a technicians directory, a booking calendar, a customer job-portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Repair Quote Estimator from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most repair businesses launch lean and broaden as they grow. Menda is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, repairs, the estimator and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per appliance, fault landing pages and a repair-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding technicians and hubs is built in: the technicians and service-hub sections scale through the CMS, so a second workshop and new technicians slot in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you’re ready, switch on a booking calendar, a customer job-portal and CRM integration.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add appliances, fault pages and resources as content rather than a rebuild
- The technicians and service-hub sections scale through the CMS — new hubs and technicians slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: a booking calendar, a customer job-portal and CRM / job-system integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp booking, live chat and a secure customer area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more customers, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Menda site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit appliances, faults, technicians, service hubs, the Repair Quote Estimator’s prices, pages and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a repair-business site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new appliance you’ve started covering, a technician joining or leaving, a price tweak, a public-holiday notice, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your appliances, your technicians, your service hubs, the Repair Quote Estimator’s appliances, faults, brand tiers and price bands, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The booking-form recipient is editable too, so requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for non-technical trade staff to manage solo.
- Update prices — change a callout fee or part band once and it updates across the site and the estimator.
- Add or edit a technician — name, role, photo and bio, live in minutes.
- Add or edit an appliance repair — set the name, family and content, and it appears in the menu automatically.
- Edit the Repair Quote Estimator — adjust the appliances, faults, brand tiers, age bands and price bands.
- Manage reviews — add or feature customer reviews and the headline rating.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, appliance / area routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top appliances, estimator usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

Appliance repair website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Repair Quote Estimator, diagnostic booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you appliance-repair website in Singapore.
How much does an appliance repair website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you appliance-repair website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready repair site with the Repair Quote Estimator and diagnostic booking built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a booking calendar, a customer job-portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Menda demo, your appliances, technicians and service hubs set up, the Repair Quote Estimator, a diagnostic-booking + enquiry flow, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most repair sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, fault landing pages, a booking calendar, a customer job-portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update prices, add appliances or technicians and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Repair Quote Estimator and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around the two things customers hesitate over when an appliance breaks: whether the repair is worth it and what it costs. A customer picks the appliance, the fault, the brand tier and roughly how old it is, and the tool shows an indicative parts-and-labour range plus the diagnostic callout fee, then books them on WhatsApp. It sets expectations and lands the enquiry warm, and it is fully editable in the CMS. It is a guide, not a fixed quote; the firm price is set on site after diagnosis.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. An appliance-repair business runs on diagnostic visits, not e-commerce, so the site has diagnostic booking and a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked visits via the Repair Quote Estimator, repair menu, per-appliance pages and booking form. There is no checkout.
Will the design actually build trust, or is it a recoloured template?
Repairs are bought on trust and urgency — you’re letting a stranger into your home, fast. So the design is a confident, bold red-and-charcoal trade system with named, photographed technicians, a clear appliance grid, common-brands grids, honest reviews and a transparent callout policy. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your business, so it reads as your team rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can customers book and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a diagnostic-booking form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Repair Quote Estimator which sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp with the appliance, fault and estimate. Add the online booking calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM or job-system integration so bookings flow into your workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local appliance-repair searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, appliance / fault landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is customer data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. If you add a customer job-portal, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, estimator price changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like a new price band or a new technician — so you can focus on jobs.
