What does a Pirouette site actually do for my Singapore dance studio?
It turns your studio’s website into an enrolment engine in about a week from S$900. You get a bright, trial-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, a trial-booking / enquiry flow, the signature Class & Term Planner that matches a child to the right class and fee, a full program menu with per-style pages, a weekly timetable and parent-trust content — all built to turn searches into booked trials, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Picking a dance class in Singapore is an emotional, careful decision for a parent — yet plenty of studios run a single Facebook page or a brochure site that never says which class suits a five-year-old, when it runs, or what a term costs. Pirouette flips that: it’s a warm, conversion-focused site with a bright carousel hero, a grid of program tiles, a weekly schedule, term-fee tables and an interactive planner, so a parent can go from “is there a ballet class for my daughter?” to a booked $25 trial in a couple of taps.
The signature Class & Term Planner is the engine. A parent picks the dance style, the dancer’s age band and a preferred day, and it recommends the right class, shows a sample weekly slot and the per-term fee, then drops them into WhatsApp with the trial pre-filled. It answers the two questions every parent has — “which class, and how much?” — instantly, and lands the enquiry warm rather than cold.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update programs, age bands, term fees and the planner yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a trial calendar, a parent area, CRM integration or area pages as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real enrolment engine, not a single Facebook page.
- The Class & Term Planner matches a child to the right class and fee, then books the trial warm.
- Trial-first booking / enquiry turns careful parent research into booked trials.
- A carousel hero, program tiles, a weekly timetable and fee tables built around how parents choose a studio.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update programs and fees yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Pirouette site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most dance studios: a Facebook-only presence with no enrolment, no way to show which class suits which age, no schedule or fees a parent can browse, a look that doesn’t feel trustworthy to families, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, trial-first, conversion-built dance-studio website — with the Class & Term Planner, trial booking, a program menu, a weekly timetable and term-fee tables — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most studios trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A Facebook page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a comment-and-DM chase. A cheap brochure site has no program menu, no schedule and no fees a parent can browse. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Pirouette is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, trial-first dance demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a carousel hero, the Class & Term Planner, a full program menu, a weekly timetable, term-fee tables and a trial-booking flow that actually turn parent searches into booked trials.
A look families trust: the design is a bright, family-warm system with a navy pill nav, hot-pink pills, photo program tiles and circular feature icons, so it reads as an established, caring studio rather than a recoloured template. The planner and schedule do the “which class, when, how much” work that a Facebook grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Facebook-only with no enrolment → A trial-first booking / enquiry flow with CTAs on every page.
- Every enquiry is a manual DM chase → The Class & Term Planner answers “which class & how much” before parents reach you.
- Nothing to browse or price → A full program menu, a weekly timetable and a per-style term-fee table.
- Doesn’t feel trustworthy to parents → A bright, family-warm design with a navy pill nav, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update programs, schedules and fees without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your dance-studio site?
For a Singapore dance studio, SGBP customises the live Pirouette site — Class & Term Planner, trial-first booking, program menu, weekly schedule and fee tables — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or earns a parent’s trust.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom enrolment-driven studio site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, trial-first dance design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and studio-specific touches like the Class & Term Planner, a trial-booking flow, a weekly timetable and term-fee tables are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom feels trustworthy to a parent, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of teaching.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Pirouette demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and programs. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Pirouette demo is the actual product, Class & Term Planner and trial flow and all.
- Built to convert: the planner, trial booking, carousel hero, weekly timetable and fee tables are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local tone and SGD term-based fees throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Pirouette dance-studio site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during an open-house rush or a term-enrolment spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the carousel hero and program photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the program tiles and the interactive Class & Term Planner stay snappy on every device — including the phones most parents browse from. The planner’s logic runs efficiently client-side, so the recommended class and term fee appear instantly as the parent taps.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the trial and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when families share a child’s name, age and contact details. Add CRM integration and every enquiry pipes straight into your studio CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Class & Term Planner runs efficiently client-side for instant results
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of trial & enquiry data
- Spam-protected trial & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Pirouette site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local neighbourhoods, MRT references, term/exam terms, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of studio sites are built to look pretty and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell which classes you offer or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Pirouette site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “ballet classes Marine Parade” or “kids hip-hop class Bukit Timah”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when a parent asks “which dance studio is good for a shy five-year-old in the East?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your studio and programs are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, optional area pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Program pages target high-intent local long-tail: “jazz dance class Marine Parade”, “toddler dance class Singapore” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps parents from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: program copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local neighbourhoods, MRT references, 10-week-term & RAD-exam terms, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a program and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Pirouette dance-studio site actually look like?
You get a full studio site, not a single page: a bright carousel homepage, a programs menu, a detail page per program, a class-schedule timetable, a fees & terms page, an about page, a trial-booking / contact page, a reviews page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Class & Term Planner — rebuilt with your brand, programs and tone.
We start from the live Pirouette demo and rebuild every page around your studio, brand and programs. Nothing stays as filler: your styles, age bands, term fees, copy, imagery, schedule and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the carousel hero, the program tiles, the Class & Term Planner, the weekly timetable and the trial-booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero photo, add a program or update a fee long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a trial calendar, advanced SEO, a parent area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: two studios with neighbourhood and MRT references, a warm local tone, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a carousel hero, a stats strip, four program-family cards, a grid of program tiles, a feature band, a why-choose row, the planner, trust pillars, term-fee cards, promo cards, parent reviews and a final trial CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Programs — every program grouped by category, each card with a blurb, age range, class length and a view CTA.
- Program detail — a class photo, an intro article, age range, a tabbed What’s-covered / Learning-outcomes / Who-it’s-for block, often-paired styles and related programs.
- Class & Term Planner — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool plus a how-it-works explainer.
- Class schedule — a weekly timetable grid of days and time slots with class names and age bands.
- Fees & terms — term packages as reservation cards plus a per-style, per-age term-fee table, no cart.
- About — your studio’s story, the teachers, why-us reasons, trust stats and your studios.
- Book a trial & contact — a trial / enquiry form (no cart): style, age, studio, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option and your studio details.
- Reviews — a fuller wall of parent reviews with the headline rating.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a navy footer with branches, quick links, programs and a newsletter, plus a sticky header with a navy pill nav, a Programs dropdown and a Book-a-Trial pill.

Can the Pirouette site scale from one studio to a multi-branch, multi-program school as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page studio brand with a full program library, area pages, a trial calendar, a parent / member area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add WhatsApp enquiry capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most studios launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Pirouette is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, programs, schedule and trial booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per program, area pages for the neighbourhoods you serve and a dance-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a term-enrolment surge or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online trial calendar so parents self-book a slot, and add CRM integration so every enquiry flows into your follow-up and term-reminder sequences.
Opening a second branch or serving more languages? Add another studio’s details and schedule, or a multilingual content layer across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add programs, area pages and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The program menu, Class & Term Planner and weekly timetable keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through enrolment surges or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online trial calendar plus CRM integration for term reminders
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a parent / member area for enrolled families
- Add a second branch’s schedule or a multilingual content layer for more families, positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Pirouette site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit programs, age bands, term fees, the schedule, the Class & Term Planner’s rates and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical studio owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a studio site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new program, a fee change for the new term, a fresh photo, a teacher joining the team. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your programs and age bands, the Class & Term Planner’s term fees and slots, your weekly schedule, your studio details and the enquiry-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so trial requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a program — set the name, category, age range, blurb and length, and it appears in the menu and planner automatically.
- Edit the Class & Term Planner — adjust the per-style, per-age term fees and sample slots so results stay accurate.
- Update fees — change any term fee in a click; the site, fee table and planner update together.
- Manage the schedule — edit the weekly timetable grid as classes change each term.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage carousel, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage enquiries — set the form recipient, style / studio routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top programs, planner usage and trial requests in Google Analytics.

Dance-studio website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Class & Term Planner, trial booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you dance-studio website in Singapore.
How much does a dance-studio website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you dance-studio website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready studio site with the Class & Term Planner tool and a trial-first booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a trial calendar, a parent area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Pirouette demo, your programs, age bands and term fees set up, the Class & Term Planner tool, a trial-first booking / enquiry flow, a weekly class-schedule timetable, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most dance-studio sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, area pages, a trial calendar, a parent area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add programs, change term fees and refresh photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Class & Term Planner and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a parent picks the dance style, the dancer’s age band and a preferred day, and it recommends the right class, shows a sample weekly slot and the per-term fee, then drops them into WhatsApp with the trial pre-filled. It answers the two questions every parent has — which class, and how much — instantly, and lands the enquiry warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your fees and slots drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A dance studio runs on trials and term enrolment, so the site has a trial-first booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn parent searches into booked trials via the Class & Term Planner, program menu, weekly schedule, fee tables, enquiry form and WhatsApp. Even term packages are handled by enquiry rather than a checkout.
Will the design actually look trustworthy to parents, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely distinct studio design — a bright, family-warm system with a navy pill nav, hot-pink rounded pills, photo program tiles, circular feature icons and a carousel hero — built to read as an established, caring studio. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your studio rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can parents book a trial over WhatsApp and via a form?
Yes. Every build includes WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout plus a PDPA-aware trial / enquiry form that routes to your inbox. Add the online trial calendar for true self-service slot booking, and CRM integration to pipe enquiries into your follow-up and term-reminder sequences.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local dance-class searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, optional area pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is family data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Trial and enquiry details, including a child’s name and age, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. Showcase photos are only used with explicit consent. If you add a parent area, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, planner fee changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on teaching.
