What does a Rootwell site actually do for my Singapore hair-loss clinic?
It turns your clinic’s website into an assessment-booking and trust engine in about a week from S$900. You get a confident, medical site you can try yourself in the live demo, a consultation-booking flow, the signature Hair Restoration Planner that suggests a treatment pathway and indicative range, a treatment menu, hair-loss-type pages, a clinicians section and reviews — all built to turn worried searches into booked assessments, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
People worried about their hair choose a clinic on two feelings: will they tell me the truth, and will they treat me properly rather than just sell to me. Yet many hair clinics run a site that leads with a hard sell, hides the doctors, and offers no honest way to understand what is happening before booking. Rootwell flips that: a confident deep-emerald, assessment-first design with a doctor-led hero, clear treatment pathway cards, hair-loss-type explainers, named clinicians and an instant planner — so a nervous visitor goes from “what is even wrong, and can anyone help?” to a booked consultation in a couple of taps.
The signature Hair Restoration Planner is the standout, and it directly addresses what makes hair-loss patients hesitate: they do not know what kind of loss they have or what treating it involves. A visitor picks their loss type, how far along it is and their goal — slow it, regrow it, or restore a bare area — and the tool suggests a likely pathway (assessment first, then medication, PRP, laser or a transplant as fits), an indicative range, and a clear note that a consultation is required, then books them on WhatsApp. It educates, sets honest expectations, and lands the enquiry warm.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update treatments, doctors, hair-loss-type pages and the planner’s pathways and prices yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a consultation calendar, condition landing pages, a patient portal or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real assessment-booking engine, not a dated brochure site.
- A confident, doctor-led design and named clinicians that build trust before the first visit.
- The Hair Restoration Planner suggests a pathway AND an indicative range — and books patients warm.
- Clear treatments, hair-loss-type pages and honest expectations — the things worried patients actually search for.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update treatments and doctors yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Rootwell site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most hair clinics: a sell-first site that erodes trust, no easy booking, hidden doctors, no way for a worried visitor to understand their loss, a generic look, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, assessment-first hair-restoration website — with the Hair Restoration Planner, consultation booking, a treatment menu, hair-loss-type pages and clinicians — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most hair-loss clinics trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A pushy, treatment-first site puts off the very people it should reassure; a dated one is slow on mobile, buries the doctors and the booking link, and gives a frightened visitor nothing to understand their own situation with. A cheap template looks generic and undermines the trust a medical decision needs. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Rootwell is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, assessment-first hair-clinic demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a doctor-led hero, the Hair Restoration Planner, a treatment menu, hair-loss-type pages, named clinicians and consultation booking that actually turn worried searches into booked assessments.
A look that reassures on an emotional decision: hair loss is bought on trust, so the design is a confident, medical deep-emerald system with named, photographed clinicians, clear pathways and honest reviews. It reads as a careful, transparent clinic that diagnoses before it treats — exactly what reassures someone anxious about their hair, rather than a recoloured template.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — treatments, doctors, hair-loss pages, planner pathways — through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Sell-first, off-putting site → An assessment-first, medical design worried patients trust.
- Hard to book → Consultation booking plus WhatsApp-first enquiry on every page.
- Hidden doctors & no understanding → Named clinicians, hair-loss-type pages and a planner that explains.
- No way to set expectations → The Hair Restoration Planner shows a pathway and indicative range up front.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update treatments, doctors and pages without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your hair-clinic site?
For a Singapore hair-loss clinic, SGBP customises the live Rootwell site — Hair Restoration Planner, consultation booking, clinicians and hair-loss-type pages and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or reassures.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom hair-clinic site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, assessment-first hair-restoration design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and hair-clinic-specific touches like the Hair Restoration Planner, consultation booking, a clinicians section and hair-loss-type pages are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom reassures an anxious patient, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of seeing patients.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Rootwell demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your clinic and treatments. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Rootwell demo is the actual product, Hair Restoration Planner and booking and all.
- Built to convert: the planner, consultation booking, clinicians and hair-loss-type pages are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware patient-data handling, local tone, SGD pricing and PayNow / Atome framing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Rootwell hair-clinic site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — important for a healthcare site — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the dark theatre hero, treatment cards and clinician photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Hair Restoration Planner stay snappy on every device — including the phones most patients book from. Accessibility matters extra for a healthcare site, so we build to WCAG 2.2 AA.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the consultation and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware and mindful of medical confidentiality. Add CRM or clinic-system integration and bookings can pipe into your workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Hair Restoration Planner runs efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware, confidentiality-minded data handling
- Spam-protected consultation & enquiry forms with optional CRM integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Rootwell site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (MedicalClinic / Physician, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local areas, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of hair-clinic sites are built to look fine and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what treatments you offer or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Rootwell site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “hair-loss clinic Singapore” or “PRP hair treatment price”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks what causes a receding hairline or whether a transplant is worth it. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your area. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: MedicalClinic / Physician markup so your clinic and doctors are machine-readable; Service markup for your treatments; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, treatment / hair-loss-type landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: MedicalClinic / Physician, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Treatment & hair-loss-type pages target high-intent local long-tail: “PRP hair treatment Orchard”, “female hair loss doctor Singapore”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps patients from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: treatment copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local areas, MRT references, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a treatment and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Rootwell hair-clinic site actually look like?
You get a full clinic site, not a single page: an assessment-first homepage with a dark theatre hero, a treatment menu, a detail page per treatment, hair-loss-type explainer pages, a dedicated Hair Restoration Planner, a clinicians section, an about page, an FAQ and a consultation / contact page — rebuilt with your clinic, doctors and tone.
We start from the live Rootwell demo and rebuild every page around your clinic, brand and treatments. Nothing stays as filler: your treatments, doctors, clinic photos, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the dark theatre hero, the pathway cards, the Hair Restoration Planner, hair-loss-type pages, the clinicians section and the consultation flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update doctors, add a treatment or edit a hair-loss-type page long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a consultation calendar, advanced SEO, a patient portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: local area references, PayNow / Atome instalment framing, a reassuring tone and honest, non-prescriptive copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a dark emerald theatre hero, treatment pathway cards, a hair-loss education band, treatment cards, the Hair Restoration Planner, how-it-works, clinicians, a stats band, reviews and an FAQ — all rebranded to you.
- Treatments — every treatment as a card grouped by category, plus per-treatment content bands, each linking to a detail page.
- Treatment detail — a dark theatre banner and a two-column article with a sticky enquiry card, what’s-covered, who-it-suits and pairs-well-with.
- Hair Restoration Planner — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-it-works explainer.
- Hair-loss types — explainer pages (male-pattern, female thinning, receding, patchy, post-partum) with signs, causes and suggested pathways.
- Clinicians — meet-the-team profiles with photos, roles and credentials.
- About — your story, principles, a stats band and the team.
- FAQ — a single-column accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Book a consultation / contact — a booking form (no cart): hair-loss type, treatment, date, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp.

Can the Rootwell site scale from a single clinic to a multi-location group as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page clinic with a full treatment library, hair-loss-type landing pages, a clinicians directory, a consultation calendar, a patient portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Hair Restoration Planner from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most clinics launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Rootwell is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, treatments, the planner and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per treatment, hair-loss-type landing pages and a hair-health content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding clinicians and treatments is built in: the team and treatment sections scale through the CMS, so a new doctor or a new treatment slots in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you’re ready, switch on a consultation calendar, a patient portal and CRM integration.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add treatments, hair-loss-type pages and resources as content rather than a rebuild
- The clinicians and treatment sections scale through the CMS — new doctors and treatments slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: a consultation calendar, a patient portal and CRM / clinic-system integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp booking, live chat and a secure patient area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more patients, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Rootwell site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit treatments, doctors, hair-loss-type pages, the Hair Restoration Planner’s pathways and prices, pages and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a clinic site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a doctor joining or leaving, a new treatment, a price change, a public-holiday notice, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your treatments, your clinicians, your hair-loss-type pages, the Hair Restoration Planner’s types, stages, pathways and ranges, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The booking-form recipient is editable too, so requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for non-technical clinic staff to manage solo.
- Update opening hours — change them once and they update across the site, including a holiday notice.
- Add or edit a clinician — name, role, photo and credentials, live in minutes.
- Add or edit a treatment — set the name, category and content, and it appears in the menu automatically.
- Edit the Hair Restoration Planner — adjust the loss types, stages, pathways and indicative ranges.
- Manage reviews — add or feature patient reviews and the headline rating.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, treatment / condition routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top treatments, planner usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

Hair-loss clinic website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Hair Restoration Planner, consultation booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you hair-loss-clinic website in Singapore.
How much does a hair-loss clinic website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you hair-loss-clinic website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready clinic site with the Hair Restoration Planner and consultation booking built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a consultation calendar, a patient portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Rootwell demo, your treatments, doctors and hair-loss-type pages set up, the Hair Restoration Planner, a consultation-booking + enquiry flow, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most hair-clinic sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, hair-loss-type landing pages, a consultation calendar, a patient portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update doctors, add treatments, edit hair-loss-type pages and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Hair Restoration Planner and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around what makes hair-loss patients hesitate: they do not know what kind of loss they have or what treating it involves. A visitor picks their loss type, stage and goal — slow it, regrow it, or restore a bare area — and the tool suggests a likely treatment pathway, an indicative price range and a clear note that a consultation is required, then books them on WhatsApp. It educates and sets honest expectations, and it is fully editable in the CMS. It is a guide, not a diagnosis; the doctor confirms the plan at the consultation.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A hair-loss clinic runs on consultations, not e-commerce, so the site has consultation booking and a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn worried searches into booked assessments via the Hair Restoration Planner, treatment menu, hair-loss-type pages, clinicians and booking form. There is no checkout.
Will the design actually reassure patients, or is it a recoloured template?
Hair loss is an emotional decision bought on trust, so the design is a confident, medical deep-emerald system with named, photographed clinicians, clear treatment pathways, hair-loss-type explainers, honest reviews and an easy booking flow. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your clinic, so it reads as your practice — assessment-first, not a hard sell — rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your clinic team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can patients book and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a consultation-booking form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Hair Restoration Planner which sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp. Add the online consultation calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM or clinic-system integration so bookings flow into your workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and MedicalClinic / Physician, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local hair-loss searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, treatment / hair-loss-type landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is patient data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and with medical confidentiality in mind, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. If you add a patient portal, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, planner pathway changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like a new doctor or an updated price — so you can focus on patients.
Can the planner give medical advice or a fixed price?
No, and it is written carefully not to. The Hair Restoration Planner suggests a likely pathway and an indicative range purely to set expectations before a consultation — it is never a diagnosis or a fixed quote, and every result makes clear that a doctor-led assessment is required. This honesty is deliberate: it builds trust and keeps the clinic on the right side of medical-advertising good practice.
