What does a Clearbrook site actually do for my Singapore dermatology clinic?
It turns your clinic’s website into a credible, condition-led enquiry engine in about a week from S$900. You get a clean, clinical site you can try yourself in the live demo, a consultation-booking flow, the signature Skin Condition Navigator that points a patient to the right medical or cosmetic track, a condition library, a doctors section with credentials, recurring consult prompts and reviews — all built to turn “dermatologist for X” searches into booked consultations, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Patients choose a dermatology clinic on credibility and clarity — they want to be sure they will see a real specialist, to understand whether their problem is medical or cosmetic, and to book without a phone-tag dance. Yet many clinics run a site that looks either clinical-but-dated or glossy-but-vague, hides the doctors’ credentials, and blurs the line between medical care and cosmetic upselling. Clearbrook is built the opposite way: a clean white, medical-blue site with a doctor-led hero, a credentials band, clearly categorised conditions, named dermatologists with their qualifications, and an instant condition navigator — so a patient moves from “is this a proper specialist, and is my problem even one for them?” to a booked consultation in a couple of taps.
The signature Skin Condition Navigator is the standout, and it solves a problem unique to dermatology: patients often cannot tell whether their concern is a medical condition or a cosmetic one, and which they should book. A patient picks their concern — acne, eczema, pigmentation, hair loss, a changing mole — adds how long it has been present and what they have tried, and the tool points them to the right track, gives an indicative first-consultation fee, and flags when something should be reviewed sooner. It educates, sets expectations responsibly, and lands the enquiry warm and correctly routed.
And it is an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update conditions, doctors, clinic hours, the navigator’s logic and fees yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add condition landing pages, an appointment calendar, a patient portal or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a credible, condition-led enquiry engine, not a dated brochure site.
- A clinical, doctor-led design with named specialists and visible credentials that build trust before the first visit.
- The Skin Condition Navigator routes patients to the right medical or cosmetic track — and books them warm.
- Clearly categorised conditions and treatments — the medical/cosmetic distinction patients struggle with, made obvious.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update conditions and doctors yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Clearbrook site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most dermatology clinics: a dated or generic site, no easy booking, buried doctor credentials, a blurred medical-vs-cosmetic message, no way to route patients to the right track, a look that does not read as a proper specialist practice, sites you cannot edit, agency lock-in, missing condition-level SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, credibility-first dermatology website — with the Skin Condition Navigator, consultation booking, a condition library, doctors and recurring consult prompts — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most dermatology clinics trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A dated site is slow on mobile and buries the doctors’ qualifications, so patients cannot tell a specialist practice from a beauty salon. A glossy template over-sells cosmetic treatments and underplays the medical credibility a skin-cancer check or an eczema diagnosis needs. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you cannot touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Clearbrook is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, clinical dermatology demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a doctor-led hero, the Skin Condition Navigator, a categorised condition library, named dermatologists, recurring consult strips and consultation booking that actually turn condition searches into booked patients.
A look that reads as a proper specialist practice: dermatology is a medical decision, so the design is a clean, clinical white-and-medical-blue system with visible specialist credentials, conditions organised before cosmetic treatments, and honest copy. It reads as a doctor-led practice rather than an aesthetics salon or a recoloured template — exactly what reassures a patient with a real condition.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — conditions, doctors, hours, navigator logic and fees — through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Dated or generic site → A fast, mobile-first, clinical site that reads as a proper specialist practice.
- Hard to book → Consultation booking plus WhatsApp-first enquiry on every page.
- Buried doctor credentials → A credentials band and specialist profiles with qualifications up front.
- Blurred medical vs cosmetic message → Conditions categorised clearly and the navigator routes to the right track.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update conditions, doctors and hours without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your dermatology site?
For a Singapore dermatology clinic, SGBP customises the live Clearbrook site — Skin Condition Navigator, consultation booking, doctors and a condition library and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or reads as a credible specialist practice.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom dermatology site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, credibility-first dermatology design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and dermatology-specific touches like the Skin Condition Navigator, the medical/cosmetic categorisation, a credentials-led doctors section and recurring consult prompts are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom reads as a proper medical practice, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of seeing patients.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Clearbrook demo, so you can see and click exactly what you are buying, then we customise it to your clinic, conditions and doctors. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Clearbrook demo is the actual product, Skin Condition Navigator and booking and all.
- Built to convert: the navigator, consultation booking, doctors and condition library are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, Medisave framing, local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Clearbrook dermatology site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — important for a healthcare site — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero, condition cards and doctor photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Skin Condition Navigator stay snappy on every device — including the phones most patients enquire from. Accessibility matters extra for a healthcare site, so we build to WCAG 2.2 AA.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the consultation and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware and mindful of medical confidentiality. Add CRM or clinic-system integration and enquiries can pipe into your workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Skin Condition Navigator runs efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware, confidentiality-minded data handling
- Spam-protected consultation & enquiry forms with optional CRM integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Clearbrook site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (MedicalClinic / Physician, MedicalCondition, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local areas, Medisave, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of clinic sites are built to look fine and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what conditions you treat or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Clearbrook site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “dermatologist Orchard” or “eczema specialist Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks whether their problem needs a dermatologist. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your area. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: MedicalClinic and Physician markup so your clinic and dermatologists are machine-readable; MedicalCondition and Service markup for the conditions you treat; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, condition landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: MedicalClinic, Physician, MedicalCondition, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Condition pages target high-intent searches: “acne specialist Singapore”, “psoriasis dermatologist Novena”, “mole check Orchard”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps patients from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: condition copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local areas, Medisave framing, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a condition and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Clearbrook dermatology site actually look like?
You get a full clinic site, not a single page: a credibility-first homepage with a split hero and credentials band, a categorised condition library, a detail page per condition, a dedicated Skin Condition Navigator, a doctors section with credentials, an about page with clinic locations, a reviews page, an FAQ and a consultation / contact page — rebuilt with your clinic, conditions and doctors.
We start from the live Clearbrook demo and rebuild every page around your clinic, brand and conditions. Nothing stays as filler: your conditions, doctors, clinic photos, hours, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the clinical split hero, the credentials band, the condition cards, the Skin Condition Navigator, the doctors section, the recurring consult strips and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update hours, add a doctor or edit a condition long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an appointment calendar, advanced SEO, a patient portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: Medisave framing for eligible procedures, local area references, a careful clinical tone and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a clinical split hero, a credentials band, condition photo cards, a recurring consult strip, a tabbed medical/cosmetic treatments index, the Skin Condition Navigator, why-us, doctors, a when-to-see-a-dermatologist section, how-a-visit-works, stats, reviews, an FAQ and a CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Conditions — every condition and treatment as a clinical card grouped by medical, cosmetic and screening, each linking to a detail page.
- Condition detail — a clinical banner, a doctor-reviewed intro, alternating image-and-text content bands, a recurring consult strip and related conditions.
- Skin Condition Navigator — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-it-works explainer.
- Our doctors — specialist profiles with photos, credentials and special interests.
- About — your story, a stats band and clinic locations.
- Reviews — patient stories with ratings.
- FAQ — a clinical question accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Book a consultation / contact — a booking form (no cart): concern, clinic, date, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp.

Can the Clearbrook site scale from a single specialist to a multi-clinic group as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page practice with a full condition library, condition landing pages, multiple clinic locations, a doctors directory, an appointment calendar, a patient portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Skin Condition Navigator from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most clinics launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Clearbrook is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, conditions, the navigator and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per condition, condition landing pages and a skin-health content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding clinics and doctors is built in: the locations and doctors sections scale through the CMS, so a second or third clinic and new dermatologists slot in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you are ready, switch on an appointment calendar, a patient portal and CRM integration.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add conditions, landing pages and resources as content rather than a rebuild
- The locations and doctors sections scale through the CMS — new clinics and dermatologists slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an appointment calendar, a patient portal and CRM / clinic-system integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp booking, live chat and a secure patient area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more patients, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Clearbrook site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit conditions, doctors, clinic hours and locations, the Skin Condition Navigator’s logic and fees, pages and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a clinic site is mostly small, repeatable updates: changed opening hours, a doctor joining or leaving, a new condition page, a public-holiday notice, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your conditions, your doctors and their credentials, your clinic locations and hours, the Skin Condition Navigator’s concerns, tracks and indicative fees, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The booking-form recipient is editable too, so enquiries reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for non-technical clinic staff to manage solo.
- Update opening hours — change them once and they update across the site, including a holiday notice.
- Add or edit a doctor — name, role, photo, credentials and special interests, live in minutes.
- Add or edit a condition — set the name, category and content, and it appears in the library automatically.
- Edit the Skin Condition Navigator — adjust the concerns, tracks, indicative fees and referral notes.
- Manage reviews — add or feature patient reviews and the headline rating.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, concern / clinic routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top conditions, navigator usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

Dermatology clinic website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Skin Condition Navigator, consultation booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you dermatology-clinic website in Singapore.
How much does a dermatology clinic website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you dermatology-clinic website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready clinic site with the Skin Condition Navigator and consultation booking built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an appointment calendar, a patient portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Clearbrook demo, your conditions, doctors and clinics set up, the Skin Condition Navigator, a consultation-booking + enquiry flow, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most dermatology sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, condition landing pages, an appointment calendar, a patient portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update hours, add doctors, change conditions and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Skin Condition Navigator and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around a problem unique to dermatology: patients often cannot tell whether their concern is medical or cosmetic, or which they should book. A patient picks their concern — acne, eczema, pigmentation, hair loss, a changing mole — adds how long it has been present and what they have tried, and the tool points them to the right medical or cosmetic track, gives an indicative consultation fee, and flags when something should be reviewed sooner. It is fully editable in the CMS. It is a guide, not a diagnosis or triage; a first consultation is always required.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A dermatology clinic runs on consultations, not e-commerce, so the site has consultation booking and a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn condition searches into booked consultations via the Skin Condition Navigator, condition library, doctors, recurring consult prompts and booking form. There is no checkout.
Will the design read as a proper specialist practice, or is it a recoloured template?
Dermatology is a medical decision, so the design is a clean, clinical white-and-medical-blue system with a credentials band, named dermatologists with their qualifications, conditions categorised before cosmetic treatments, and honest reviews. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your clinic, so it reads as your specialist practice rather than an aesthetics salon or a generic theme — exactly what reassures someone choosing where to take a real skin condition.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your clinic team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can patients book and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a consultation-booking form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Skin Condition Navigator which sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp. Add the online appointment calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM or clinic-system integration so enquiries flow into your workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and MedicalClinic, Physician, MedicalCondition, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local condition searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, condition landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is patient data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and with medical confidentiality in mind, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. If you add a patient portal, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, navigator changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like updated hours or a new doctor — so you can focus on patients.
