What does a Suspend site actually do for my Singapore pole studio?
It turns your studio’s website into a booking and confidence engine in about a week from S$900. You get an empowering, beginner-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, a class-booking flow, the signature Pole Journey Planner that matches a nervous newcomer to a class level and an intro pack, a class menu, a four-rung level ladder, a coaches section, two studio locations and reviews — all built to turn “could I even do that?” into a booked first class, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Most people who try pole or aerial spend weeks talking themselves out of it — they assume they’re too unfit, too inflexible, too new, or that they won’t fit in. A studio’s website has one real job: to dissolve that hesitation and get a nervous first-timer booked into a beginner class. Yet many studios run a site that lists prices in a wall of text, hides the class levels, and never explains where a complete beginner actually starts. Suspend flips that: a moody, empowering plum-and-rose-gold site with a clear beginner pathway, LEVEL-named class cards, named coaches and an intro trial front and centre — so a hesitant visitor goes from “is this for someone like me?” to a booked first class in a couple of taps.
The signature Pole Journey Planner is the standout, and it speaks directly to the beginner’s real fear: not knowing where they’d fit. A visitor picks where they’re starting from, what they’re chasing — strength, artistry, flexibility, confidence — and which discipline calls them, and the tool returns their recommended starting level, the exact class to begin with and a matched intro package, then sends it straight to WhatsApp. It reassures, sets expectations, and lands the enquiry warm and pre-qualified.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update your timetable, classes, levels, coaches and the planner’s logic yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a class calendar, level landing pages, a member portal or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real booking engine, not a price list nobody books from.
- An empowering, beginner-first design and named coaches that dissolve the “is this for me?” hesitation.
- The Pole Journey Planner matches a nervous newcomer to a level, a class AND a pack — and books them warm.
- A clear four-rung level ladder and class menu — the things first-timers actually want to understand.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update your timetable and classes yourself, no lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Suspend site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most studios: a confusing price wall, no easy booking, no clear beginner pathway, a vibe that intimidates rather than welcomes, sites you can’t edit, link-in-bio chaos, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, beginner-first studio website — with the Pole Journey Planner, class booking, a class menu, a level ladder, coaches and two studio locations — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most pole and aerial studios trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. Many run on a link-in-bio and an Instagram DM, with class info scattered across stories and no real website at all — so a nervous beginner has nowhere to land. The ones that do have a site often bury the timetable, dump prices into a paragraph, and never explain where a true newcomer starts — so the very people they most want to reach quietly give up. Suspend is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months wrestling a theme, your site is customised from a proven, beginner-first studio demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a dark empowering hero, the Pole Journey Planner, a class menu, a level ladder, named coaches and class booking that actually turn “I’ve always wanted to try” into a booked trial.
A vibe that welcomes instead of intimidates: people choose a studio on whether they’ll feel safe and at home, so the design is a moody but warm plum-and-rose-gold system with named, photographed coaches, a clear beginner path, crash-mat reassurance and honest reviews. It reads as a welcoming, women-led studio rather than an elite club or a recoloured template — exactly what reassures a hesitant first-timer.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — timetable, classes, levels, coaches, planner logic — through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Link-in-bio chaos → A real, bookable studio website beginners can actually land on.
- Hard to book → Class booking plus WhatsApp-first enquiry on every page.
- No clear beginner path → A four-rung level ladder and a planner that tells newcomers exactly where to start.
- Intimidating vibe → A warm, empowering, women-led design with named coaches and crash-mat reassurance.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update the timetable, classes and coaches without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your studio site?
For a Singapore pole or aerial studio, SGBP customises the live Suspend site — Pole Journey Planner, class booking, level ladder, coaches and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or reassures a nervous beginner.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom studio site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, beginner-first studio design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and studio-specific touches like the Pole Journey Planner, class booking, a level ladder and a coaches section are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom reassures a hesitant first-timer, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of teaching classes.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Suspend demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your studio and classes. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Suspend demo is the actual product, Pole Journey Planner and booking and all.
- Built to convert: the planner, class booking, level ladder and coaches are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local studio framing, MRT-anchored locations and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Suspend studio site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a new-term sign-up rush or a viral reel.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the dark hero, class-card photography and coach portraits are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Pole Journey Planner stay snappy on every device — including the phones almost every student books from. The planner runs entirely client-side, so it responds instantly with no server round-trips.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add CRM or studio-management integration and bookings can pipe into your workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Pole Journey Planner runs efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware data handling
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Suspend site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness / SportsActivityLocation, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, MRT anchors, beginner-intent phrasing, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of studio sites are built to look fine and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what classes you offer or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Suspend site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “pole dancing classes Singapore” or “aerial hoop beginner Kallang”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks where a complete beginner should start pole. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your area. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness / SportsActivityLocation markup so your studio and locations are machine-readable; Service markup for your classes; FAQPage so your beginner answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, class / level landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness / SportsActivityLocation, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Class & level pages target high-intent local long-tail: “pole fitness for beginners Lavender”, “aerial silks class Tai Seng”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps visitors from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: class copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local towns, MRT anchors, beginner-intent phrasing, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a class and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Suspend studio site actually look like?
You get a full studio site, not a single page: an empowering homepage with a full-bleed dark hero, a class menu, a detail page per class, a dedicated Pole Journey Planner, a four-rung levels page, a packs & pricing page, a coaches-and-studio about page, an FAQ and a class-booking / contact page — rebuilt with your studio, classes and tone.
We start from the live Suspend demo and rebuild every page around your studio, brand and classes. Nothing stays as filler: your classes, coaches, studio photos, timetable, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the dark hero, the centered tagline strip, the LEVEL-named class cards, the Pole Journey Planner, the level ladder, the coaches section and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update the timetable, add a coach or edit a class long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a class calendar, advanced SEO, a member portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: MRT-anchored studio locations, local area references, a welcoming tone and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a full-bleed dark hero, a centered tagline strip, a circular intro, three “find your way in” cards, the four disciplines, the level journey, LEVEL class cards, the Pole Journey Planner, packs, reviews, facilities and a CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Classes — every class as a LEVEL card grouped by category (Pole / Aerial / Open), each linking to a detail page.
- Class detail — a dark frosted banner and a sticky what-this-covers sidebar with the body, includes and a related row.
- Pole Journey Planner — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-it-thinks explainer.
- Levels — the four-rung Intro → Foundations → Intermediate → Performance progression as alternating photo-and-text bands.
- Packs & pricing — intro trial, starter pack, 10-class and unlimited monthly cards plus honest fine print.
- Studio & coaches — your story, a stats band, named coaches and the studio facilities.
- FAQ — a single-column first-timer question accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Book a class / contact — a booking form (no cart): studio, experience, class / pack, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp.

Can the Suspend site scale from one studio to a multi-location group as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page studio with a full class library, level landing pages, multiple locations, a coaches directory, a class calendar, a member portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Pole Journey Planner from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most studios launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Suspend is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, classes, the planner and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per class, level landing pages and a technique-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding locations and coaches is built in: the studio-locations and coaches sections scale through the CMS, so a second or third studio and new coaches slot in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you’re ready, switch on a class calendar, a member portal and CRM / studio-management integration.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add classes, level pages and resources as content rather than a rebuild
- The studio-locations and coaches sections scale through the CMS — new studios and coaches slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: a class calendar, a member portal and CRM / studio-management integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp booking, live chat and a secure member area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more students, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Suspend site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit classes, levels, coaches, studio hours and locations, the Pole Journey Planner’s logic, pages and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a studio site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a changed timetable, a coach joining or leaving, a new class, a term-break notice, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your classes, your levels, your coaches, your studio locations and hours, the Pole Journey Planner’s experience-to-level logic and matched packs, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The booking-form recipient is editable too, so requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for non-technical studio staff to manage solo.
- Update the timetable — change class times once and they update across the site, including a term-break notice.
- Add or edit a coach — name, role, photo and bio, live in minutes.
- Add or edit a class — set the name, category, level and content, and it appears in the menu automatically.
- Edit the Pole Journey Planner — adjust the levels, the experience-to-level logic, the matched classes and packs.
- Manage reviews — add or feature student reviews and the headline rating.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, class / level routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top classes, planner usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

Pole fitness studio website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Pole Journey Planner, class booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you pole-fitness studio website in Singapore.
How much does a pole fitness studio website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you pole-studio website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready studio site with the Pole Journey Planner and class booking built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a class calendar, a member portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Suspend demo, your classes, levels, coaches and studios set up, the Pole Journey Planner, a class-booking + enquiry flow, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most studio sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, level landing pages, a class calendar, a member portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no studio lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update the timetable, add coaches, change classes and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Pole Journey Planner and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around the beginner’s real fear: not knowing where they’d fit. A visitor picks where they’re starting from, what they’re chasing — strength, artistry, flexibility, confidence — and which discipline calls them, and the tool returns their recommended class level, the class to begin with and a matched intro package, then sends it to WhatsApp. It is a guide, not a fixed assessment; the coach confirms the right level in person.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A studio runs on class bookings, not e-commerce, so the site has class booking and a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn “I’ve always wanted to try” into a booked trial via the Pole Journey Planner, class menu, level ladder and booking form. There is no checkout.
Will the design actually welcome nervous beginners, or is it a recoloured template?
People choose a studio on whether they’ll feel safe and at home, so the design is a moody but warm plum-and-rose-gold system with named, photographed coaches, a clear beginner path, crash-mat reassurance and honest reviews. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your studio, so it reads as your space rather than a generic theme — exactly what reassures a hesitant first-timer.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your studio team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can students book and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a class-booking form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Pole Journey Planner which sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp. Add the online class calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM or studio-management integration so bookings flow into your workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local studio searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, class / level landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is student data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details — including any health or injury notes — are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. If you add a member portal, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, planner logic changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like a new timetable or a new coach — so you can focus on teaching.
