What does an Aria site actually do for my Singapore ballet school?
It turns your school’s website into an enrolment engine in about a week from S$900. You get a fast, refined site you can try yourself in the live demo, a trial-booking / enquiry flow, the signature Ballet Placement Finder that places a dancer at the right level, a full class menu, a weekly timetable and a faculty page that build trust, and WhatsApp-first CTAs — all built to turn curious parents into booked trials, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Most ballet schools in Singapore live or die on enrolment — yet plenty of studio websites are a single page with an Instagram link and a phone number, leaving an interested parent nowhere to go. Aria flips that: it’s a refined, enrolment-focused site with a quiet studio hero, a mission band, full-width class bands, a faculty page, a weekly timetable and a trial-booking flow, so a parent can go from “my child wants to try ballet” to a booked trial class in a couple of taps.
The signature Ballet Placement Finder is the engine. A parent picks the dancer’s age, how much ballet they’ve done, and what they’re hoping for, and it suggests the right level, the matching class and schedule, and a clear indicative term fee — each with a book-a-trial CTA. It does the consultative first step for you, qualifies the family, and gets them to the booking form already knowing where their child fits.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update classes, timetables, faculty and the Placement Finder yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a trial-class calendar, a parent area, CRM integration or a multilingual layer as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real enrolment engine, not a single brochure page.
- The Placement Finder qualifies families and places a dancer at the right level before they reach you.
- Trial-booking / enquiry and WhatsApp-first CTAs turn searches into booked trial classes.
- A quiet hero, mission band, full-width class bands, timetable and faculty page built around how parents choose a school.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update classes and fees yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Aria site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most studio owners: an Instagram-only presence with no booking, no way to qualify or place an enquiry, no class menu, timetable or faculty page a parent can browse, a look that doesn’t feel like a serious academy, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, refined, enrolment-built ballet-school website — with the Placement Finder, trial booking, a class menu, a timetable and a faculty page — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most studios trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. An Instagram grid looks lovely but can’t be searched on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a DM back-and-forth. A cheap one-page site has no class menu, timetable or faculty to browse. A freelancer can disappear mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Aria is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, refined ballet demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a quiet hero, the Ballet Placement Finder, a full class menu, a weekly timetable, a faculty page and a trial-booking flow that actually turn visitors into booked trials.
A premium look that fits: the design is a blush, charcoal and soft-gold classical palette with a Cormorant Garamond serif, outlined buttons, full-width class bands and lots of whitespace, so it reads like a serious exam-track academy — not a recoloured kids-activity template. The class bands and faculty page build trust the way a recital programme does, but on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Instagram-only with no booking → A trial-booking / enquiry flow plus WhatsApp-first CTAs.
- Every enquiry is a manual DM → The Placement Finder qualifies and places a dancer before they reach you.
- Nothing to browse → A full class menu with detail pages, a weekly timetable and a faculty page.
- Doesn’t feel like an academy → A refined blush, charcoal & soft-gold design with a Cormorant serif, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update classes, timetables and faculty without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your ballet-school site?
For a Singapore ballet school, SGBP customises the live Aria site — Placement Finder, trial booking, class menu, timetable, faculty page and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or looks like a serious academy.
Most Singapore agencies do excellent work, but a custom enrolment-driven studio site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, refined ballet design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and studio-specific touches like the Ballet Placement Finder, a trial-booking flow, a class menu, a weekly timetable and a faculty page are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks genuinely premium, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of teaching.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Aria demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and classes. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Aria demo is the actual product, Placement Finder and trial-booking flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Placement Finder, trial booking, quiet hero, class bands and faculty page are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Aria ballet-school site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during open-house season or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero image, class-band photos and gallery images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the class menu, the timetable and the interactive Ballet Placement Finder stay snappy on every device — including the phones most parents enquire from. The Finder’s placement logic runs efficiently client-side, so results feel instant.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when families share contact details and a child’s information. Add CRM integration and every enquiry pipes straight into your studio CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.

- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of booking & enquiry data
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard

Will my Aria site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local areas, MRT, PDPA, natural local terms — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of studio sites are built to look pretty and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what classes you offer or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Aria site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “ballet classes Tanglin” or “RAD ballet school near Katong”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when a parent asks “where can my child learn ballet properly in Singapore?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your school and classes are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Class pages target high-intent local long-tail: “RAD graded ballet Tanglin”, “adult ballet class Singapore” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps parents from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: class copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local neighbourhoods, MRT references, PDPA-aware handling and natural local terms throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a class and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Aria ballet-school site actually look like?
You get a full academy site, not a single page: a quiet full-bleed homepage, a class menu, a detail page per level, a weekly timetable, a faculty page, an about page, a reviews page, a trial-booking / contact page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Ballet Placement Finder — rebuilt with your brand, classes and tone.
We start from the live Aria demo and rebuild every page around your school, brand and classes. Nothing stays as filler: your classes, fees, copy, imagery, timetable and testimonials replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the quiet hero, the mission band, the Placement Finder, the class menu and the trial-booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a class or update a fee long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a trial-class calendar, advanced SEO, a parent area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: local studio locations with MRT references, a local tone, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a quiet full-bleed hero, a gold mission band, two featured class tiles, a quick-link tile grid, a founder split, a four-feature row, a numbered pathway, class cards, a stats band, the Placement Finder and testimonials — all rebranded to you.
- Classes — every level shown as a full-width photo band, each with its level, age guide, blurb and a link to its detail page.
- Class detail — a centered dark banner, an intro, an image-and-body section, what a term includes, an at-a-glance fee panel, optional add-ons and related levels.
- Ballet Placement Finder — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, a how-it-works explainer and term options.
- Timetable — an indicative weekly schedule grouped by day across both studios, plus a studio facilities tour.
- Faculty — your RAD-trained teachers with roles, bios and the academy’s teaching standards.
- About — your school’s story, a founder section, honest stats and what the academy believes.
- Reviews — parent and dancer testimonials with names, areas and the class they took.
- Book a trial & contact — a trial-booking / enquiry form (no cart): dancer age, class, studio, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option and your studios.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a centered footer with branch blocks, social, a nav row and a recognition badge wall, plus a sticky header with a Classes dropdown and an outlined Trial Class CTA.

Can the Aria site scale from one studio to a multi-branch academy as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page academy with a full class library, a trial-class calendar, a parent / student area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add trial booking and WhatsApp capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most schools launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Aria is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, classes, timetable and trial booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per level, a parent-tips content engine and more studios or branches — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so an open-house push or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online trial-class calendar so parents self-book a trial, and add CRM integration so every enquiry flows into your follow-up.
Serving a regional or bilingual community? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add classes, branches and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The class menu, Placement Finder and booking flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through open houses or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online trial-class calendar plus CRM integration for follow-ups
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a parent / student area for current families
- A multilingual content layer is available for regional or bilingual families, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Aria site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit classes, fees, the timetable, faculty, the Ballet Placement Finder’s dataset and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a studio site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new class, a fee change, a fresh studio photo, a teacher joining or leaving, a new term timetable. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your classes and fees, the Placement Finder’s placement tags, your timetable, your faculty, your studio details and the booking form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so trial enquiries reach the right inbox.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a class — set the name, level, age guide, blurb, schedule and term fee, and it appears in the menu and Placement Finder automatically.
- Edit the Placement Finder — adjust the age, experience and goal tags so placements stay accurate to your levels.
- Update fees — change any term fee in a click; the site and Finder update together.
- Manage the timetable & faculty — edit the weekly schedule and add or update teachers and bios.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, class / studio routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top classes, Placement Finder usage and trial enquiries in Google Analytics.

Ballet-school website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Ballet Placement Finder, trial booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you ballet-school website in Singapore.
How much does a ballet-school website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you ballet-school website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready academy site with the Ballet Placement Finder tool and a trial-booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a trial-class calendar, a parent area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Aria demo, your classes and fees set up, the Ballet Placement Finder tool, a trial-booking / enquiry flow, a weekly timetable, a faculty page, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most academy sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, a trial-class calendar, a parent area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add classes, change fees and refresh studio photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Ballet Placement Finder and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a parent picks the dancer’s age, prior experience and goal, and it suggests the right level, the matching class and schedule and a clear indicative term fee — each with a book-a-trial CTA. It does the consultative first step for you, qualifies the family and gets them to your booking form already knowing where their child fits. It is fully editable in the CMS.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A ballet school is a service-booking business, so the site has a trial-booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn visitors into booked trial classes via the Placement Finder, class menu, timetable, faculty page, booking form and WhatsApp. Term enrolment is handled by enquiry rather than a checkout.
Will the design actually look premium, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely refined, classical design — a blush, charcoal and soft-gold palette with a Cormorant Garamond serif, outlined buttons, full-width class bands and generous whitespace — built to feel like a serious exam-track academy rather than a generic kids-activity theme. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your school.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can parents book a trial online and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a PDPA-aware trial-booking / enquiry form that routes to your inbox, plus WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout. Add the online trial-class calendar for true self-service booking of a trial, and CRM integration to pipe enquiries into your follow-up flows.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local ballet-school searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is family and child data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details, including a child’s information, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a parent area, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Placement Finder wording and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on teaching.
