What does a Stride site actually do for my Singapore physiotherapy clinic?
It turns your clinic’s website into a booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a fast, premium, book-online site you can try yourself in the live demo, a booking / enquiry flow, the signature Recovery Plan Estimator that gives prospective patients an honest phased plan, a full service menu with per-service pages, an Injuries-We-Treat condition library and a team page — all built to turn searches into booked assessments, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Physiotherapy in Singapore is chosen on credibility and convenience — yet plenty of clinics run a thin one-page site or a Facebook page where a patient in pain can’t see what you treat, who they’ll see, or how to book. Stride flips that: it’s a fast, premium, conversion-focused site with a dark photo hero, a full service menu, an Injuries-We-Treat library, a team page and an instant recovery-plan estimator, so a worried patient can go from “my knee keeps giving way” to a booked assessment in a couple of taps.
The signature Recovery Plan Estimator is the engine. A prospective patient picks their injury area, how long it’s been going on and their goal, and it shows an honest phased plan — roughly how many sessions, over how many weeks, an indicative package price and a three-phase timeline — then drops them into a booking with the details pre-filled. It sets expectations up front, answers the “how long and how much?” question every patient has, and lands the enquiry warm rather than cold.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update services, conditions, session prices, the team and the Estimator yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an appointment calendar, a patient area, CRM integration or condition and location pages as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real booking engine, not a thin one-pager.
- The Recovery Plan Estimator gives patients an honest phased plan and drops them into a booking warm.
- Book-online + WhatsApp booking turns worried, high-intent searches into booked assessments.
- A premium hero, service menu, condition library and team page built around how patients pick a clinic.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update services and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Stride site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most physiotherapy clinics: a thin or Facebook-only presence with no booking, nothing that sets patient expectations on time and cost, no condition pages that rank for symptoms, a look that doesn’t feel credible for healthcare, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, book-online, conversion-built physiotherapy-clinic website — with the Recovery Plan Estimator, booking flow, a service menu, a condition library, a team page and locations — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most clinics trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A Facebook page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a DM chase. A cheap one-page site has no service menu, no condition pages and nothing to set expectations. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Stride is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, book-online physiotherapy demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a premium hero, the Recovery Plan Estimator, a full service menu, an Injuries-We-Treat library, a team page and a booking flow that actually turn symptom searches into booked assessments.
A look that earns clinical trust: the design is a confident, clinical-premium system with a dark photo hero, slate-navy-indigo palette, Poppins type, a top-right book-online button cluster and bordered cards, so it reads as a serious, well-run practice rather than a recoloured template. The condition pages and estimator do the “what do you treat, and how long will it take?” work that a Facebook grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Facebook-only with no booking → A book-online + WhatsApp booking flow with CTAs on every page.
- No way to set expectations → The Recovery Plan Estimator gives patients an honest phased plan before they book.
- Nothing that ranks for symptoms → An Injuries-We-Treat condition library plus per-service detail pages.
- Doesn’t look credible for healthcare → A clinical-premium dark-hero design tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update services, conditions, team and prices without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your physio clinic site?
For a Singapore physiotherapy clinic, SGBP customises the live Stride site — Recovery Plan Estimator, book-online booking, service menu, condition library and team page — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or looks credible enough for healthcare.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom booking-driven clinic site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, book-online physiotherapy design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and clinic-specific touches like the Recovery Plan Estimator, a book-online booking flow, a condition library and a team page are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks credible enough for a healthcare practice, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of treating patients.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Stride demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and services. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Stride demo is the actual product, Recovery Plan Estimator and booking flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Estimator, book-online booking, condition library and team page are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, no-referral booking, local tone and SGD session pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Stride physiotherapy site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a campaign spike or a busy injury season.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the dark hero image and clinic photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the service menu and the interactive Recovery Plan Estimator stay snappy on every device — including the phones most patients book from. The Estimator’s phased-plan logic runs efficiently client-side, so the sessions, weeks and price update instantly as the patient taps.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when patients share symptoms and contact details. Add CRM integration and every booking pipes straight into your practice CRM or recall flow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Recovery Plan Estimator runs efficiently client-side for instant phased plans
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of booking & enquiry data
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Stride site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (MedicalClinic, Physician, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns and MRT, condition language, PDPA, natural local phrasing — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of clinic sites are built to look fine and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what you treat or where you’re based. We build the opposite. Your Stride site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “physio for knee pain Tanjong Pagar” or “sports physiotherapy Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks “who does ACL rehab in Singapore?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: MedicalClinic and Service markup so your practice and services are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, optional condition and location pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: MedicalClinic, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Condition pages target high-intent symptom searches: “lower back pain physio Singapore”, “ACL rehab Tanjong Pagar” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps patients from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: service and condition copy written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote it cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local towns and MRT, condition language, PDPA-aware handling and natural local phrasing throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a service or condition and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Stride physiotherapy site actually look like?
You get a full clinic site, not a single page: a dark, premium homepage, a service menu, a detail page per service, an Injuries-We-Treat condition library with a page per condition, a team page, a locations page, an about page, a booking / contact page, a reviews page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Recovery Plan Estimator — rebuilt with your brand, services and tone.
We start from the live Stride demo and rebuild every page around your clinic, brand and services. Nothing stays as filler: your services, session prices, conditions, copy, imagery, team and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the dark premium hero, the Recovery Plan Estimator, the service menu, the condition library and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a condition page or update a session price long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an appointment calendar, advanced SEO, a patient area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: clinics with local towns and MRT references, no-referral booking, and an honest, clinical-but-human tone throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a dark premium photo hero, a button-cluster header, a founder quote, an Our-Facilities split, an Our-Expertise section, an Injuries-We-Treat list, the Recovery Plan Estimator, most-booked services, a how-it-works flow, trust pillars, session-package cards, reviews and an insurer trust band — all rebranded to you.
- Services menu — every service grouped by category, each card with a blurb, session length, from-price and a book CTA.
- Service detail — a dark photo banner with a glassy intro, what’s involved, what it includes, why-choose-us and related services.
- Injuries We Treat — a condition library grouped by body area, each with its own page covering the signs, our staged approach and the linked service.
- Recovery Plan Estimator — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, an explainer of how the estimate is worked out and a book CTA.
- Our Team — a grid of senior physiotherapist portrait cards with clinic and specialty.
- Locations — your clinics with addresses, MRT, hours and per-clinic book / call / WhatsApp CTAs.
- About — your clinic’s story, trust stats, why-us reasons and the team.
- Book & contact — a booking / enquiry form (no cart): service, clinic, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp and call options.
- Reviews — a fuller wall of patient reviews with the headline rating.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a dark footer with clinic columns, plus a sticky button-cluster header with Services and Injuries-We-Treat dropdowns.

Can the Stride site scale from a single physio to a multi-clinic, multi-service practice as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page clinic brand with a full service library, a condition library, location pages, an appointment calendar, a patient / programme area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add book-online and WhatsApp capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most physiotherapy practices launch focused and broaden as they grow. Stride is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, services, team and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per service, a page per condition you treat, and location pages for each clinic — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a campaign spike or a busy season is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online appointment calendar so patients self-book a slot, and add CRM integration so every booking flows into your recall and follow-up.
Adding clinicians or a second language? The team page scales to as many physiotherapists as you have, and a multilingual content layer can be added across key pages with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add services, condition pages and location pages as content rather than a rebuild
- The service menu, condition library, Recovery Plan Estimator and booking flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through campaign spikes or busy seasons; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online appointment calendar plus CRM integration for recall and reminders
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a patient / programme area for plan members
- A multilingual content layer is available for more patients, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Stride site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit services, conditions, session prices, the team, the Recovery Plan Estimator’s settings and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical clinic owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a clinic site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new service, a price change, a fresh photo, a physiotherapist joining the team, a new condition page. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your services and session prices, the Recovery Plan Estimator’s per-area session counts and prices, your conditions, your team, your clinic details and the booking-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so bookings reach the right inbox or front desk.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical clinic owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a service — set the name, category, blurb, session length and from-price, and it appears in the menu and Estimator automatically.
- Edit the Recovery Plan Estimator — adjust the per-area session counts, weeks and session prices so estimates stay accurate to your clinic.
- Add a condition page — write the signs and your staged approach, and it joins the Injuries-We-Treat library.
- Update prices — change any from-price in a click; the site and Estimator update together.
- Manage the team — add a physiotherapist with a photo, clinic and bio.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, service / clinic routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top services, Estimator usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

Physiotherapy-clinic website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Recovery Plan Estimator, book-online booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you physiotherapy-clinic website in Singapore.
How much does a physiotherapy-clinic website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you physiotherapy-clinic website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready clinic site with the Recovery Plan Estimator tool and a book-online + WhatsApp booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an appointment calendar, a patient area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Stride demo, your services and session prices set up, the Recovery Plan Estimator tool, a book-online + WhatsApp booking / enquiry flow, an Injuries-We-Treat condition library, a team page, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most physiotherapy-clinic sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, a full condition library, an appointment calendar, a patient area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add services, conditions and physiotherapists, change session prices and refresh photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Recovery Plan Estimator and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a prospective patient picks their injury area, how long it’s been going on and their goal, and it shows a live phased plan — roughly how many sessions, over how many weeks, an indicative package price and a three-phase timeline — then drops them into a booking with the details pre-filled. It sets honest expectations on time and cost and lands the enquiry warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your own session counts and prices drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A physiotherapy clinic is a service-booking business, so the site has a book-online + WhatsApp booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn symptom searches into booked assessments via the Recovery Plan Estimator, service menu, condition library, team page, booking form and WhatsApp. Even session packages are handled by enquiry rather than a checkout.
Will the design actually look credible for a healthcare clinic?
Yes — it is a genuinely distinct clinical-premium design: a dark, confident photo hero, a slate-navy-indigo palette, Poppins type, a top-right book-online button cluster and clean bordered cards, built to read as a serious, well-run practice. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your clinic rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can patients book online and via WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes book-online + WhatsApp / call CTAs throughout plus a PDPA-aware booking / enquiry form that routes to your inbox or front desk. Add the online appointment calendar for true self-service slot booking, and CRM integration to pipe bookings into your recall and follow-up. No GP referral is needed to see a physiotherapist in Singapore, which the site makes clear.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and MedicalClinic, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local physio and condition searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, optional condition and location pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is patient data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details, including any symptoms a patient shares, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a patient area, gated content is access-controlled. Your clinical records remain in your own practice systems.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Estimator setting changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on treating patients.
