Huila Reserve is the all-rounder of our single origins. From a single Colombian region known for clean, sweet coffee, it sits at a medium roast that bridges the brew bar and the espresso machine without compromise.
Expect red apple and citrus brightness wrapped around a caramel sweetness — vivid as a pour-over, rounded and forgiving as an espresso. It’s the bean we recommend to anyone unsure whether they like filter or espresso, because it’s lovely as both.
