Decaf has a bad reputation it usually earns, so we took it seriously. Midnight is a Colombian decaffeinated by the sugarcane (EA) method, which strips the caffeine gently without stripping the flavour — then roasted dark for a deep, bittersweet cup.
It tastes of dark chocolate, molasses and walnut, with enough body to make a proper flat white or a satisfying long black. Most people can’t tell it’s decaf, which is exactly the aim.
It’s the bean for the 5pm coffee, the pregnant regular, the friend who loves coffee but can’t sleep. Good coffee shouldn’t have to keep you up.

We grind to your method at the bar, or keep it whole for home.
Let them settle a few days after roast for the best cup.
