Aster Mobility launch arena
A 220 m² walk-through launch built around a sequence of actions, so a media-day crowd did something rather than just watched.
Aster Mobility was launching a new product and wanted more than a stage and a slide deck — they wanted people to feel the thing. That reframes the whole build: you are not decorating a hall, you are choreographing a short experience, and the arena exists to serve a sequence — arrive, get curious, take part, share. We designed that flow first and then built the structure around it.
The centrepiece was an interactive ride-feel zone that let a visitor sense the product rather than read about it, paired with a single, well-lit hero photo moment with the brand legible in frame. That photo moment did a lot of quiet work, because most of a launch’s reach happens on someone else’s phone after they have left the room.
Built robust on our own floor and run by Aster’s on-ground team off a clear run sheet, the arena held its energy across a full week of media days without us standing over it. It was the kind of activation that fills a feed and makes a marketing lead look very good in the wrap-up report.
