Retail installations have a brutal honesty to them — a shopper decides in one glance whether to step in, and the space either reads as considered or it reads as a banner taped to a trestle table. We design pop-ups and windows to land the brand in three dimensions: a hero moment that interrupts the scroll-walk, a clear reason to come closer, and the product or message held at exactly the height and light where it looks its best. The aim is a space worth a photo, because in a mall that photo is half of the media value.

These builds also have to survive contact with the public. A flagship window or a four-week atrium pop-up gets touched, leaned on and reset every evening, so we build for the wear: robust finishes, swappable hero panels, lighting that holds its colour, and a layout the retail team can actually run on a Saturday rush. We sweat the unglamorous parts too — how it lands on a loading dock, how fast it goes up inside a mall’s overnight install window, and how cleanly it strikes when the season ends.

For showrooms and shop-in-shop concessions we push further into permanence — joinery-grade display, a considered customer flow, and finishes aligned to the brand’s wider retail identity so the space feels like a chapter of the brand rather than a one-off.
