A stage set is the backdrop to a moment people will remember, so it has to read powerfully from the back row and on the livestream at once. We design sets that frame the speaker and the screen rather than compete with them — scenic forms that carry the event identity, a thought-through relationship between the physical build and the LED, and proportions that look deliberate whether the camera is wide on the room or tight on a face. The set should look purpose-built for this one night, not pulled off a hire shelf.

Event timelines are unforgiving, and a ballroom is usually yours for a handful of hours. That is exactly where in-house fabrication and an experienced install crew earn their keep — we pre-build and dry-fit in the workshop so the on-site call is assembly, not problem-solving, and we sequence the load-in around the AV, lighting and rigging teams so nobody stands waiting on anybody. We have struck a set at midnight and handed back a clean ballroom often enough to plan it down to the last trolley run.

Whether it is a conference plenary, an awards gala, an AGM or a glossy product reveal, the brief stays the same: a set that lifts the live moment, works hand in glove with the technical teams, goes up and comes down on schedule, and makes the organising committee look like they spent more than they did.
