Finova at the Singapore FinTech Festival

A 96 m² island designed so a packed FinTech Festival crowd could read it from across the hall and find a reason to step inside.

Finova came to us with a familiar problem for a growth-stage fintech: a small army of competitors in the same hall, all louder, several larger, and a three-day window to turn footfall into booked meetings. We started where every stand should start, with the floor plan. The brief was not "make it look good" but "make four hundred people a day choose to walk in", and that is a spatial question long before it is a graphic one.

Our answer was a calm, four-sided island with a single tall gesture — a suspended ring sign carrying the brand mark, hung dead level and lit so it floated above the surrounding noise. Underneath, we kept the floor open and the sightlines clean, with a clearly readable demo bar on the busy aisle and a quieter hospitality core in the centre where the real conversations could happen without shouting.

Because we fabricated the whole island on our own Kallang floor and dry-fitted it before load-in, the on-site build at Singapore Expo was assembly rather than firefighting. The result spoke for itself in the numbers Finova actually cared about — a steady stream off the aisle and a meeting core that stayed full across all three days of the festival.
