Lumen Beauty atrium pop-up

A four-week Orchard atrium pop-up built to stop the scroll-walk, earn a photo, and survive a month of public handling.

An atrium pop-up has a brutal honesty to it — a shopper decides in a single glance whether to step closer. Lumen Beauty needed a sampling space in the ION Orchard atrium that read as considered rather than as a folding table with a banner behind it, and that kept its sparkle through four full weeks of mall traffic.

We designed a compact pavilion with one clear hero moment, the product held at exactly the height and light where it looked its best, and an obvious, low-friction reason to come in and try. Around that we built for the wear: swappable hero panels, lighting that holds its colour, and a layout the retail team could reset in minutes after a busy weekend.

The unglamorous logistics mattered as much as the look — the pavilion had to land on a loading dock and go up inside the mall’s tight overnight install window, then strike cleanly at the end of the run. It did all of that, and stayed as photogenic on day twenty-eight as on day one.
