Weddings should feel held, not managed
Evermore began with a quiet observation: the weddings we loved planning most weren’t the biggest or the loudest. They were the ones that felt calm — where the couple and their families were genuinely present, because someone else was carrying the weight.
So we built a small studio around that idea. We plan in a measured, unhurried way, and we run the day the same. We don’t impose a house style; we listen, then shape a wedding that looks unmistakably like the couple it belongs to — across every one of Singapore’s cultures and ceremonies.
We stay deliberately small so the planners you meet are the planners who run your day. More than a hundred Singapore weddings on, that hasn’t changed.
Meet us for a coffeeSix reasons to trust us with the day
A genuinely calm day
Our whole job is to take the stress off you and your families. We run a quiet, organised floor so the day feels slow and present, not rushed.
Design with a point of view
We have taste but no template. We listen first, then shape a look that’s cohesive and personal — restrained where it matters, generous where it counts.
At home in every tradition
A Chinese tea ceremony, a Malay bersanding, Indian rites, a Eurasian or ROM celebration — we plan fluently across Singapore’s cultures, with real care for what each one means.
We know the venues
From hotel ballrooms to Gardens by the Bay, CHIJMES, Capella and home celebrations — we know the rooms, the timings and the teams that run them.
Honest with your budget
We tell you where to spend and where to hold back, track every payment, and never push you toward what pads someone else’s invoice.
A small, hands-on studio
You work with the planners, not a call centre. The people you meet at the first consultation are the people running your day.
Meet the planners
Clara Wee
Clara started Evermore after a decade running events, when she realised the weddings she loved most were the calm, personal ones — not the loudest. She leads design and still personally plans every full-planning couple.
Nadia Osman
Nadia is the studio’s logistics mind and runs our most complex, multi-event and multicultural weddings. If there’s a tight turnaround or a tricky venue load-in, it’s in her hands.
Russell Lim
Russell shapes the look of an Evermore wedding — palette, florals and the small details — and briefs the stylists and florists. He believes the best design is the kind you feel before you notice.
