The wedding

A green, golden-hour garden ceremony followed by a relaxed botanical dinner under glass.

Natalie and Daniel had already chosen their venue and a few key vendors when they came to us — they simply needed a steady hand to pull it all together and run the day. Partial planning was the right fit: we joined four months out, audited what was booked, and filled the gaps before they became problems.

The design was led by the venue itself. Rather than fight the greenery, we leaned into it — soft, loose florals, warm candlelight as the sky dropped, and a ceremony timed precisely to golden hour so the photographs would do the rest. We coordinated the wet-weather plan three ways, which Singapore in July absolutely required.

We took over the couple’s vendor conversations for the final stretch, built the run sheet, ran the rehearsal, and managed the evening end-to-end. They walked in knowing the day was handled, and walked out with the relaxed garden wedding they’d pictured from the start.

“They came in halfway and made everything click. The wet-weather plan alone was worth it — and we never needed it.”
