You plan it; we run the day so you and your families can be fully present.
Day-of coordination is for couples who have happily planned their own wedding and only need someone to run it — so the day doesn’t fall on a parent, a friend or, worst of all, themselves. Despite the name, we begin four to six weeks out, because a good day is made in the handover.
In those weeks we learn every detail you’ve arranged, confirm each vendor’s timing and contacts, and build the run sheet that turns your plans into a minute-by-minute day. We become the single point of contact, so the questions that would have reached your phone reach us instead.
On the day, our coordinator is the calm centre: cueing the ceremony and the emcee, managing the vendors and the gift table, keeping the timeline gently on track, and making sure you’re fed, watered and never once asked “what happens now?”. It’s the lightest way we work, and often the highest-value.
