    Message us on WhatsApp with your storefront URL and a one-line summary of where you are stuck.

    We

    Reply within 4 working hours (Mon–Fri SGT) with an honest fit assessment. If we are not the right fit for your situation, we will say so.

    Scope conversation

    Day 1–3

    You

    Either continue async on WhatsApp or book a 30-min Scope Call to walk through the catalog.

    We

    Recommend the wedge that fits — not the most expensive one. If two wedges apply, we sequence them and only quote Wedge 1 first.

    Scope acceptance

    Day 3–5

    You

    Reply to the scope email confirming deliverables, timeline, and fee. Sign mutual NDA if you want one.

    We

    Send the engagement letter, NDA (mutual, standard), and payment link. Work begins on cleared payment, not before.

    Week 1 — Discovery

    Days 1–7 of engagement

    Provide read-only access to your stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, etc.). 30-min onboarding session.

    Run the discovery and assessment. Deliver the written report named in the wedge spec. Daily WhatsApp status updates.

    Week 2 — Build

    Days 8–14

    Review and approve as we go. ~30 min total of your time across the week.

    We

    Build the deliverable per scope. Flag any out-of-scope discoveries early; quote separately. Screen-share if useful.

    Week 3 — Deploy

    Days 15–21

    You

    Watch the Loom walkthrough. Run a sanity check yourself. Ask anything in WhatsApp.

    We

    Deploy live in your environment. Hand over the measurement framework + 30-day handoff memo. Loom video walkthrough included.

    Day 30 — Handoff & next

    30 days post-deploy

    You

    Run the diagnostic template yourself. Decide on the next wedge or retainer (no pressure either way).

    We

    Send Phase 2 handoff package: measurement summary, recommended next wedge if relevant, NDA-respecting case-study consent ask, War Room invitation (clients-only).

Common process questions

What if my stack is non-standard?

Discovery week handles it. If the stack is too unusual to deliver to scope within the engagement, we say so before payment clears — no commitment lost.

What if you are slow on WhatsApp?

4-hour SLA on weekdays (Mon–Fri SGT, 10am–7pm). 24-hour SLA on weekends. Both committed in the engagement letter. If we miss it twice, you can terminate and get pro-rated refund of unused fees.

Can my agency or employee join the WhatsApp thread?

Yes. Add anyone you authorise to the WA group. We typically work in a 2–4-person thread with the founder and 1–2 operational leads.

What if I want to pause mid-engagement?

You can. Engagement pauses with written notice. Any work-in-progress is delivered at current state; remainder credits to your account for 90 days.

Do you sign NDAs?

Standard mutual NDA available on request. Most engagements operate under it. Templates we use are SG-MAS-aligned and vendor-friendly.
