What does a Homeground resale website actually do for my agent business in Singapore?
It gives you a site that wins valuation appointments, not just one that looks professional — live in about a week from S$500 instead of a S$4,000+ custom build. You get a trust-first resale site you can try in the live demo, a Resale Proceeds Estimator that turns curious owners into leads, an asset you own outright, and running costs from S$15/mo rather than an open-ended retainer.
Speed and cost are the headline win. A bespoke agent site from a Singapore web studio typically runs several thousand dollars and drags over weeks of calls, while a generic portal profile or a free template makes you look like every other salesperson. The Homeground build gives you a polished, resale-specific website, customised to your brand and your towns, live in 7–14 days from S$500 — so you can put a real link on your name card and PropertyGuru profile this month, not next quarter.
Crucially, it is built to win valuation bookings, not just to be admired. Every element you can click in the live demo earns its place: the featured-listings cards show you are active, the recently-sold wall proves you transact, the estate guides establish you as the local expert, and the Resale Proceeds Estimator gives a nervous owner a reason to engage by answering the one question they actually care about — how much cash will I walk away with? That single tool quietly captures leads that a brochure site never would.
Finally, it is an asset you own and can grow, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you add a new listing, swap a sold result or publish an estate guide yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo — instead of an open-ended retainer. Start lean at S$500, then add a market blog, an SEO pack, a valuation-deposit funnel or more pages as your business grows, up to around S$1,800 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$500 — versus the several thousand dollars and weeks a custom agent site typically takes in Singapore.
- Lead funnel built in: featured listings, a recently-sold wall, estate guides and a Resale Proceeds Estimator designed to turn browsers into valuation bookings.
- Stand out from a portal profile: a branded site that proves you specialise in heartland resale, not a generic salesperson listing.
- Mobile-first and fast — the way heartland owners and buyers actually browse — with listing galleries tuned to Core Web Vitals.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — add listings and guides yourself, no agency lock-in or per-change fees.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended monthly retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Homeground site fix that a portal profile or DIY doesn’t?
It removes the things that hold most Singapore resale agents back: looking like every other salesperson on a portal, no way for owners to self-qualify, slow launches, sites you can’t update yourself, agency lock-in, no SEO and no clear path to a valuation booking. You get a complete, trust-first resale site with a proceeds estimator you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Most Singapore resale agents lean on a portal profile, a free template, or a cheap freelancer, and hit the same wall. A portal profile looks identical to every other agent and you do not own the audience. A free template looks generic and gives an owner no reason to contact you over anyone else. A cheap freelancer can disappear mid-build or hand over something you cannot touch. The Homeground build is designed to remove each of those frustrations, not just shift them around.
Credibility and differentiation: instead of blending into a portal, you get a branded site with featured listings, a recently-sold wall, estate guides and your CEA registration on show — the signals that tell a cautious heartland owner you are the specialist for their town, not a generalist chasing every deal. That positioning is exactly what wins the listing appointment.
Conversion: this is not a digital name card. The Resale Proceeds Estimator lets an owner answer their biggest worry — the cash they keep after the HDB loan and CPF refund — right on your site, and lands as a warm lead with their figures attached. The valuation booking form, WhatsApp click-to-chat and clear next steps are all built to move a viewer from idly curious to actually booked. Most agent sites quietly leak every lead because there is no obvious next step and nothing to engage with.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to a studio retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. And pricing is a transparent customiser from S$500 to S$1,800 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague ‘it depends’ invoices.
- Looks like every other agent → A branded, resale-specific site with featured listings, a sold wall and estate guides that positions you as the town specialist.
- No reason for owners to contact you → The Resale Proceeds Estimator answers an owner’s biggest question and captures their figures as a warm lead.
- Too slow to launch → Built from the live Homeground demo and typically handed over in 7–14 days, so you can share a real link sooner.
- Can’t update it yourself → A self-editable CMS plus a plain-English handover manual let you add a listing, post an estate guide or update a sold result without paying anyone.
- Locked into a studio → You own 100% of the code and can host it anywhere; managed hosting (from S$15/mo) and a care plan (from S$150/mo) are optional, never compulsory.
- No SEO foundation → On-page SEO, clean markup and GA4 are delivered as standard, with an advanced SEO/AEO pack available to push on local visibility.
- No path to a booking → A clear valuation enquiry form with PDPA consent and an optional deposit, so interested owners have an obvious next step.

SGBP vs a Singapore web studio, freelancer or portal profile — which is right for your resale site?
For a Singapore HDB resale agent site, SGBP customises the live Homeground build in 7–14 days from S$500 to S$1,800, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Web studios typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a portal profile is cheap but makes you look like every other agent and you never own the audience.
Most Singapore web studios do good work, but a custom agent site is often a four-figure scope spread over several weeks of discovery calls, wireframes and revisions — and many keep you on their platform and a retainer. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, resale-specific design ready to customise to your brand and towns.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely from person to person — and resale-specific touches like a proceeds estimator, a recently-sold wall, estate guides and a valuation funnel are rarely built in. A portal profile is the lowest cash outlay, but every agent on it looks the same, you cannot shape the experience, and you do not own the audience or the data.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Homeground demo, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you commit, then we customise it to your brand, towns and listings. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, a valuation form, PDPA-aware data handling, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid ‘add-ons’ elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$500 to S$1,800 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom studio build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and a CMS you can edit yourself — no studio lock-in, and you own the audience, unlike a portal profile.
- See before you buy: the live Homeground demo is the actual product, so there is no guesswork about quality or layout.
- Built for resale agents: proceeds estimator, featured listings, sold wall, estate guides and a valuation funnel are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: a valuation enquiry form, SGD figures, CEA-registration signals and PDPA-aware data handling.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off — never required to launch.

What is under the hood of your Homeground resale website?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build, served over a global CDN with modern image compression and caching. It is fast even with listing galleries, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured, PDPA-aware, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript — ideal for a property site because listing pages stay light even when each flat carries a set of full-bleed photos. Prefer a hosted platform? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250), Webflow (+S$200) or Squarespace-style (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching.
The Resale Proceeds Estimator runs entirely client-side as a transparent subtraction model — sale price minus outstanding HDB loan minus the CPF refund (principal plus accrued interest), with any housing grant shown as context because it returns to CPF rather than to the seller. There is no opaque black box and no data leaves the browser unless the owner chooses to send their figures, which keeps it both fast and PDPA-friendly.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the valuation form is spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add the booking-deposit feature and you get PCI-compliant payments through HitPay, including PayNow, so an owner can secure a consultation on the spot. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build
- Resale Proceeds Estimator runs client-side — transparent subtraction, PDPA-friendly

- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware valuation handling
- PCI-compliant deposit payments via HitPay with PayNow (booking add-on)
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Homeground site rank on Google and get named when someone asks an AI for an HDB resale agent?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (RealEstateAgent, Person, FAQ, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML/image sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first copy and Singapore signals — SGD figures, CEA registration, HDB/CPF terms, town names, areaServed Singapore — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants the structure they need to surface and name you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of done-for-you agent sites are built to look good and little else — thin pages, no structured data, no local signals — so neither Google nor AI engines can really tell who you are or which towns you cover. We build the opposite. Your Homeground site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text on every listing image, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure — the foundation search engines and crawlers reward. Rankings always depend on your towns and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is what the jargon means in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like ‘HDB resale agent Tampines’. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AIO (AI Optimisation) help your site get surfaced and named by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks ‘who is a good HDB resale agent in Punggol?’. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes sure those answers know you serve specific heartland towns. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa — short, spoken-friendly answers they can read aloud.
The engine behind this is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: RealEstateAgent and Organization markup so your agency and CEA registration are machine-readable; Person markup so your name, role and Singapore base are unambiguous; FAQPage so your COV, CPF and timeline answers can be lifted into AI replies; and BreadcrumbList so sections like Services → Selling → Seller Valuation are crawlable. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$500 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags — built for crawlers and AI parsers, not just browsers.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: RealEstateAgent, Organization, Person, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList — your agency, listings and FAQs become readable by Google and AI engines.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — page experience is a Google ranking factor and keeps owners from bouncing off a slow site.
- Answer-first content: about, service and FAQ copy written question-led and concise, so AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote it and voice assistants can read it aloud.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing) so new listings and guides get found and indexed sooner.
- Singapore signals: SGD figures, CEA registration, HDB/CPF/COV terms, real town names and areaServed Singapore so you surface for local resale searches.
- On-page SEO on every page, included from the S$500 base — titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph and Twitter cards for clean social and AI link previews.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — add a listing or guide and its SEO fields and schema update automatically, no developer needed.

What does each page of my Homeground resale website actually look like?
You get a full resale-agent website, not a template: a trust-first homepage with a proceeds estimator and featured listings, a listings index, service pages across selling, buying and advisory, estate guides for your towns, a recently-sold wall, an about page with your CEA registration, an FAQ and a working valuation-booking page — rebuilt with your brand, towns and SGD figures.
We start from the live Homeground demo and rebuild every page around your brand, towns and tone. Nothing stays as filler: your name, agency, CEA registration, listings, towns, copy and results replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo work — the proceeds estimator, the listing cards, the sold wall and the estate guides — wired to your own business.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, a spam-protected valuation form and a self-editable CMS, so you can add a listing, post a market note or update a sold result long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$500 build; more pages, an estate-guide blog, advanced SEO and the booking/estimator features are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$1,800.
Singapore signals are built in where they help owners trust and book you: figures show in S$, the valuation form is PDPA-aware, your CEA registration is on show, and the optional booking deposit runs through PayNow / HitPay. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a cutout-agent hero with your name and tagline, a featured-listings strip, the Resale Proceeds Estimator front and centre, a services band, your process, estate guides, seller testimonials and a clear ‘book a free valuation’ call to action — all rebranded to you.
- Listings — featured resale flats as big-price cards by town and flat type, with status and timeline, so a buyer or curious owner can see you are genuinely active.
- Service pages — selling, buying and advisory services, each with a process, what’s included, three trust features and a related-services row, so owners understand exactly how you work.
- Recently sold — a results wall of transacted flats with sold price, timeline and the handling agent, the proof that wins a cautious owner’s listing.
- Estate guides — town-by-town pages (Tampines, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang, Bedok, Hougang or your own) that establish you as the local specialist and pull in heartland search traffic.
- Resale Proceeds Estimator — a full page for the signature tool, with a plain explanation of how the loan and CPF refund maths works, so owners self-qualify and land as warm leads.
- About — your story, team, stats and CEA registration, the trust signals a heartland owner looks for before handing over their biggest asset.
- FAQ — COV, CPF refunds, timelines, grants and eligibility answered plainly, written answer-first so AI engines and voice assistants can quote them.
- Contact — a working valuation-booking form with flat type, town, service and time routing, PDPA consent and WhatsApp click-to-chat, ready for your inbox.

Can the Homeground site scale from a solo agent to a small specialist team with more towns and listings?
Yes. Your site starts lean with a handful of pages and grows to 20+ pages with more towns, more listings, a market blog and a full valuation-to-deposit funnel. Add an Instagram feed, more estate guides and WhatsApp enquiries as you grow. Because you own 100% of the code, nothing holds you back from extending it.
Most Singapore resale agents start solo and grow as the referrals come in. The Homeground build is made for that curve. Day one you might show a few featured listings, three or four service pages and a couple of estate guides. As your business deepens, the customiser lets you step up to 12, 20, or a 20+ page site, so adding a new town guide or a fresh listing is a CMS upload rather than a rebuild. The featured-listings cards, sold wall and proceeds estimator you saw in the demo keep a growing site easy to browse on any phone.
Growth is not only more pages, it is more leads and more ways to be booked. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a viral estate guide, a hot listing or a referral spike is far less likely to slow it down or run up a server bill, and your optional Managed Hosting keeps it online. (If you choose WordPress, Webflow or a Squarespace-style build instead, you get a hardened, CDN-served build on that platform.) When you are ready to convert more of that attention, add the valuation-booking form with a PayNow deposit, an Instagram feed that auto-updates, more estate guides and WhatsApp click-to-chat for fast replies.
Moving into a small specialist team? Team bios, more agents on listings, additional towns and a market blog can all be layered in, with SGD figures, CEA registration and PDPA-aware enquiries staying native for your Singapore clients. The real future-proofing, though, is ownership: you hold 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days. You are never trapped by a locked template or an app you cannot change — when your business outgrows today’s setup, the same codebase extends instead of forcing you to start over.
- Site scales from a handful of pages to a 20+ page presence; more towns and listings onboard via the CMS with faceted navigation and tags
- Featured listings, the sold wall and the proceeds estimator keep a growing site fast and browsable on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through a viral guide, a hot listing or a referral spike; WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace-style builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Add a lead funnel as you grow: valuation-booking form with a PayNow deposit, plus the proceeds estimator so owners self-qualify
- Add channels: an auto-updating Instagram feed, WhatsApp click-to-chat enquiries and a recently-sold results wall
- Add new towns and a market blog easily, with SGD figures, CEA registration and PDPA-aware enquiries native for Singapore
- You own 100% of the code, so there is no forced re-platform and no lock-in as your business scales

Can I run my Homeground site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add a new listing, mark a flat as sold, publish an estate guide, update your figures and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical agents get the hang of it quickly.
Running a resale-agent site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new listing just hit the market, a flat just sold, a fresh estate note for the season, a tweak to how you describe a service. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no ‘please email the developer’ — your changes go live on the site.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your featured listings, the recently-sold wall, the estate guides, your team bios, the valuation-form routing and an optional booking deposit are all configurable from labelled fields, not buried in code. SGD figures and your CEA registration are wired in so everything stays accurate and compliant as you grow.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task above, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical agent to run solo.
- Add or edit a listing — upload photos, set the town, flat type, price and status, and it appears in the listings grid and filters automatically.
- Mark a flat as sold — move a listing to the recently-sold wall with its sold price, timeline and handling agent in a click.
- Publish an estate guide — write a town note in the editor, add a cover image and SEO title/description, and it goes live with clean markup.
- Update your team & CEA details — edit bios, roles and registration numbers as your team grows.
- Edit services & figures — update your service descriptions, fees and the proceeds-estimator defaults; SGD figures stay consistent across the site.
- Configure enquiries & booking — set the valuation-form routing, point WhatsApp to your number, and (if added) connect the PayNow/HitPay deposit and run a test.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top estate guides and valuation submissions in Google Analytics, so you know which towns and content pull leads.
- Refresh the proceeds tool — adjust the typical flat prices and grant bands so the estimator stays current with the market.

HDB resale specialist website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, ownership, timelines, platforms, the proceeds estimator, listings, valuation booking, SEO, CEA signals, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you HDB resale specialist website in Singapore.
How much does an HDB resale agent website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you resale specialist website in Singapore costs between S$500 and S$1,800 with SGBP. The S$500 base covers a complete, mobile-ready, trust-first agent site with the proceeds estimator; the price rises only as you add a platform, more pages, a market blog, a valuation funnel or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed website built from the Homeground demo, your listings and estate guides laid out, the Resale Proceeds Estimator wired in, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, GA4, a valuation enquiry form and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is listed in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. More pages, a valuation-deposit funnel or custom branding can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and the site outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add listings, mark flats as sold, publish estate guides and update figures yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
How does the Resale Proceeds Estimator work?
It is a transparent subtraction model: it takes a seller’s estimated resale price and subtracts the outstanding HDB loan and the CPF refund (the CPF used plus accrued interest), then shows the indicative cash they would walk away with. Any housing grant is shown as context because it returns to CPF, not to the seller. It runs entirely in the browser, captures the owner’s figures as a warm lead, and clearly states it is indicative only — not a quote or financial advice.
Which platform should I choose — native, WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style?
The native Astro build (shown in the demo) is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for loading listing galleries and SEO. Choose WordPress for full control and plugins, Webflow for a visual editor, or a Squarespace-style builder if you prefer to edit everything visually. The customiser shows the price difference for each.
Can I show my featured and sold listings?
Yes. The build includes a featured-listings grid of big-price cards by town and flat type, plus a recently-sold wall with the sold price, timeline and handling agent. You add and update both through the CMS, so your site always reflects what you are marketing and what you have transacted.
Can owners book a valuation and pay a deposit?
Yes. Every build includes a working valuation enquiry form with flat-type, town, service and time routing. Add the booking feature and it extends into a flow that captures the appointment and takes a securing deposit via PayNow or HitPay, with an SGD invoice and a confirmation email — so a keen owner can lock the slot on the spot.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, image sitemaps and structured data. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google for searches like ‘HDB resale agent Tampines’ and named by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Does it show my CEA registration and is it PDPA-compliant?
Yes. The build is designed to display your CEA registration and agency licence prominently — a key trust signal for cautious owners. We handle valuation and enquiry data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), any deposit payments run through PCI-compliant HitPay, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. We never sell your data, and forms are spam-protected.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — layout tweaks, colour/type adjustments, copy edits, listing arrangement and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Is the design unique or a template?
You start from the proven Homeground design you can see and click in the live demo, then we customise it to you — your name, agency, wordmark, colours, towns, listings, copy and figures. It is a tailored build on a battle-tested, resale-specific foundation, not a generic theme dump that makes you look like every other agent.
Who is this website right for?
It suits solo HDB resale agents and small specialist teams in Singapore who want to stand out from a portal profile and win valuation appointments. It is built around heartland resale — featured listings, a sold wall, estate guides and the proceeds estimator — so any agent who specialises in HDB resale and wants a real lead funnel will get value from it.
