What does a Skyhaus website actually do for my new-launch business in Singapore?
It gives you a launch-marketing site that captures register-interest leads, not just one that looks glossy — live in about a week from S$500 instead of a S$5,000+ custom build. You get a showcase-led site you can try in the live demo, a finder-and-register funnel that turns browsers into VVIP previews, an asset you own outright, and running costs from S$15/mo rather than an open-ended retainer.
Speed and cost are the headline win. A bespoke launch microsite from a Singapore web studio typically runs several thousand dollars and drags over weeks of meetings, while a generic landing-page template is cheap but rarely does justice to a development worth millions or routes leads anywhere useful. The Skyhaus build gives you a polished, premium, showcase-led site — customised to your launches, developers and brand — live in 7–14 days from S$500, so you can register interest on your next project this month, not next quarter.
Crucially, it is built to win previews, not just to be admired. Every element you can click in the live demo earns its place: the full-bleed project-render hero sets the tone the way a real launch teaser should; each project page carries the spec table, the unit mix with indicative sizes and prices, the amenities-near (MRT, schools, lifestyle) and a sticky register-interest card; and the signature New Launch Finder asks the four questions that matter — budget, bedrooms, region and own-stay versus invest — then matches launches and shows an indicative psf band, routing each match straight to a WhatsApp register request. New launches are won on the first impression and on how fast a render loads on a phone, so the site is tuned for both — and it is mobile-first, the way most buyers first see a launch from a WhatsApp share.
Finally, it is an asset you own and can grow, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so your team adds a new launch, updates a unit mix or publishes a market note yourselves without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo — instead of an open-ended retainer. Start lean at S$500, then add more launches, a market-news blog, the viewing-booking funnel or an SEO pack as you grow, up to S$1,800 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$500 — versus the several thousand dollars and weeks a custom launch microsite typically takes in Singapore.
- Lead funnel built in: full-bleed project pages, a region-grouped index, register-interest forms and the New Launch Finder, all designed to turn interest into VVIP previews.
- Fewer lost leads: WhatsApp deep links and a register-interest form on every project, so a keen buyer reaches you on the spot.
- Mobile-first and fast — the way buyers first see a launch teaser — with heavy project renders tuned to Core Web Vitals.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — add launches and unit mixes yourself, no agency lock-in or per-change fees.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended monthly retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Skyhaus website fix that a generic launch landing page doesn’t?
It removes the things that frustrate most new-launch marketers: a single throwaway landing page per project, no way to compare launches, slow-loading renders, project details you can’t update yourself, agency lock-in, no SEO and no obvious way to register on a specific project. You get a complete, showcase-led launch site you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Most launch marketing in Singapore relies on one of a few routes and hits the same wall. A one-off landing page per project looks fine until you are juggling five launches with five disconnected sites and no shared brand. A cheap template crams a million-dollar development into a generic page that undersells it. A full agency may quote several thousand dollars per microsite and tie you to their platform. And DIY eats the time you should spend at the showflat. The Skyhaus build is designed to remove each of those frustrations, not just shift them around.
Speed and credibility: instead of a fresh scramble per launch, every project lives in one premium, branded showcase — customised from a proven demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days, with full-bleed renders that load sharp. The luxe layout, stats band, spec tables and unit-mix tables help even a newer specialist look established from day one — which matters when a buyer is weighing whose preview to trust with a seven-figure decision.
Conversion: this is not a digital brochure. The project pages, the register-interest forms, the WhatsApp-on-every-project and the New Launch Finder are all built to move a visitor from browsing to registering for a VVIP preview — the moment a launch business actually lives on. Most pretty launch pages quietly leak every lead because there is no obvious way to register on the specific project a buyer is looking at.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to a web agency retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. And pricing is a transparent customiser from S$500 to S$1,800 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague ‘it depends’ invoices.
- One throwaway page per launch → All your launches in one premium, branded showcase with a region-grouped index buyers can browse and compare.
- Looks generic for a seven-figure project → A luxe layout, spec tables, unit-mix tables and full-bleed renders that do the development justice.
- Slow-loading renders → Lazy-loaded, modern-format galleries tuned to Core Web Vitals so heavy project visuals stay sharp and fast on mobile.
- Can’t update project details yourself → A self-editable CMS plus a plain-English manual let your team add a launch, edit a unit mix or change pricing without paying anyone.
- Locked into a web agency → You own 100% of the code and can host it anywhere; managed hosting (from S$15/mo) and a care plan (from S$150/mo) are optional, never compulsory.
- No SEO foundation → On-page SEO, clean markup and GA4 are delivered as standard, with an advanced SEO/AEO pack available for local new-launch searches.
- No way to register on a project → WhatsApp deep links and a register-interest form on every project, plus the New Launch Finder, so interested buyers have an obvious next step.

SGBP vs a Singapore web agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your new-launch site?
For a Singapore new-launch specialist website, SGBP customises the live Skyhaus site in 7–14 days from S$500 to S$1,800, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore web agencies typically quote far more per microsite over several weeks; web freelancers vary widely; DIY landing-page builders are cheapest in cash but slow and rarely do a multi-launch showcase or register funnel properly.
Most Singapore web agencies do solid work, but a custom launch microsite is often a four-figure scope spread over several weeks of discovery and revisions — and you usually start from scratch again for the next project. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, showcase-led launch design ready to customise to your brand and reuse across every launch.
A web freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely from person to person — and launch-specific touches like full-bleed project pages, spec tables, unit-mix tables, a region-grouped index and a New Launch Finder are rarely built in. DIY on a landing-page builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it can quietly cost your selling time, and the result often crams a premium development into a generic page that undersells it.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Skyhaus demo, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you commit, then we customise it to your brand, launches, developers and districts. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, register forms, PDPA-aware data handling, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid ‘add-ons’ elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$500 to S$1,800 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher per-microsite fees a custom web-agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and a CMS your team can edit yourselves — no web-agency lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Skyhaus demo is the actual product, so there is no guesswork about quality or layout.
- Built for launches: full-bleed project pages, spec tables, a region-grouped index and the New Launch Finder are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: WhatsApp enquiries, SGD pricing, district/MRT references and PDPA-aware data handling.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off (monthly or annual) — never required to launch.

What is under the hood of your Skyhaus new-launch website?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build, served over a global CDN with modern image compression and caching. It is fast even with heavy project renders, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured, PDPA-aware, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript — ideal for a launch showcase because pages stay light even when a project carries a dozen full-bleed renders. Prefer a hosted platform? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250), Webflow (+S$200) or Squarespace-style (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching.
We tune hard for Core Web Vitals because project renders are where most launch sites slow down. Images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, and the New Launch Finder filters and computes its indicative price band client-side so it stays instant on mobile — where most buyers first open your launch from a search or a WhatsApp share.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the register-interest form is spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add the viewing-booking feature and you get PCI-compliant payments through HitPay, including PayNow, where a booking or holding step applies. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build
- Image-optimised: lazy-loaded WebP/AVIF, set dimensions, fast project-render galleries
- Client-side New Launch Finder — matching and the price band compute instantly on mobile
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware register-interest handling
- PCI-compliant payments via HitPay with PayNow (booking add-on)
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Skyhaus site rank on Google and get quoted when someone asks an AI about Singapore new launches?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (RealEstateListing, Residence, Organization, FAQ, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML/image sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first copy and Singapore signals — SGD/psf pricing, districts and MRT names, PDPA, areaServed Singapore — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants the structure they need to surface and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of launch pages are built to look glossy and little else — renders with no alt text, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can really tell what is being launched or where. We build the opposite. Your Skyhaus site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text on every render, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure — the foundation search engines and crawlers reward. Rankings always depend on your projects and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is what the jargon means in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like ‘new condo launches in Singapore’ or ‘new launch in District 9’. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AIO (AI Optimisation) help your site get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks ‘what new condos are launching in Singapore?’. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes sure those answers know you cover Singapore and your specific districts. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa — short, spoken-friendly answers they can read aloud.
The engine behind this is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: Organization markup so your firm is machine-readable; RealEstateListing / Residence / Place markup so each launch and its district, tenure and unit mix are crawlable; FAQPage so your VVIP-preview and EC-eligibility answers can be lifted into AI replies; and BreadcrumbList so a path like Launches → City Fringe → Project is crawlable. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$500 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags — built for crawlers and AI parsers, not just browsers.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: RealEstateListing, Residence/Place, Organization, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList — your launches, districts and FAQs become readable by Google and AI engines.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — page experience is a Google ranking factor and keeps buyers from bouncing off a slow render.
- Answer-first content: about, project and FAQ copy written question-led and concise, so AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote it and voice assistants can read it aloud.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing) so new launches get found and indexed sooner.
- Singapore signals: SGD and psf pricing, districts and MRT names, PDPA-aware data handling, areaServed Singapore and natural local terms so you surface for local new-launch searches.
- On-page SEO on every page, included from the S$500 base — titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph and Twitter cards for clean social and AI link previews.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — add a launch and its SEO fields and schema update automatically, no developer needed.

What does each page of my Skyhaus new-launch website actually look like?
You get a full new-launch showcase, not a template: a homepage with a full-bleed project-render hero, a region-grouped launch index, detailed project pages with spec tables and unit mixes, the New Launch Finder, a how-it-works page, an about page with the team, a reviews page, an FAQ and a working register-interest page — rebuilt with your launches, developers, districts and SGD/psf pricing.
We start from the live Skyhaus demo and rebuild every page around your launches, developers, districts and tone. Nothing stays as filler: your branding, projects, unit mixes, copy, districts and developer details replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo work — the full-bleed hero, the project pages, the region-grouped index and the New Launch Finder — wired to your own data.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, a spam-protected register-interest form and a self-editable CMS, so your team can add a new launch, edit a unit mix or update pricing long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$500 build; launches count, a market-news blog, advanced SEO and the viewing-booking feature are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$1,800.
Singapore signals are built in where they help buyers trust and register: prices show in S$ and psf, projects reference districts and MRT lines, the register form is PDPA-aware, and the optional booking step runs through PayNow / HitPay. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a full-bleed project-render hero with a status pill, indicative psf and tenure, then region cards, a featured-launch grid, a stats band, the New Launch Finder teaser, how-it-works, why-register and reviews — all rebranded to you.
- Current launches — a region-grouped index (Core Central, City Fringe, Suburban, EC) with status-ribboned project cards showing district, tenure, TOP, units and indicative from-price.
- Project detail — a single launch page: a render hero with a location pin, a showflat-hotline band, the positioning, a why-this-launch list, a project-information spec table, an indicative unit-mix table, amenities-near (MRT, schools, lifestyle) and a sticky register-interest card.
- New Launch Finder — your signature interactive tool: a buyer picks intent (own-stay or invest), region, bedrooms and budget and sees matched launches plus a live indicative psf and entry-price band, each with a one-tap WhatsApp register request.
- How it works — the brief-to-preview-to-keys flow, with the three things that make registering through you worthwhile.
- About — your firm story, stats band and the team who preview every launch, building the trust a seven-figure buyer needs.
- Reviews — a wall of buyer reviews from own-stay families and investors who registered and bought.
- FAQ — an accordion answering cost, VVIP previews, own-stay vs invest, EC eligibility, tenure and how you work.
- Register interest — a PDPA-aware form capturing the launch of interest, unit size, preview time and own-stay/invest intent, plus your hotline, email and gallery list.

Can the Skyhaus site scale from 6 launches to a 20+ showcase with a full register funnel as the business grows?
Yes. Your site starts lean at 6 launches and scales to a 20+ showcase with region, tenure and status filtering, plus a market-news blog, district guide pages and a full register-to-viewing-booking funnel. Add the New Launch Finder, CRM sync and WhatsApp enquiries as you grow. Because you own 100% of the code, nothing holds you back from extending it.
Most Singapore launch specialists start with a focused set of projects and grow as the pipeline deepens. The Skyhaus build is made for that curve. Day one you might showcase 6 current launches. As your pipeline grows, the customiser lets you step up to 12, 20, or a 20+ showcase with faceted filtering by region, tenure and status, so adding a new launch is a CMS upload rather than a rebuild. The full-bleed hero, the region-grouped index and the Finder you saw in the demo keep a large showcase easy to browse on any phone.
Growth is not only more launches, it is more demand. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a hot launch, a viral render or a marketing push is far less likely to slow it down or run up a server bill, and your optional Managed Hosting keeps it online. (If you choose WordPress, Webflow or a Squarespace-style build instead, you get a hardened, CDN-served build on that platform.) When you are ready to convert more of that attention, add the showflat-viewing booking with an optional PayNow step, district guide pages, a CRM sync and WhatsApp click-to-chat for fast replies.
Moving into new lines — ECs, overseas projects, resale? District guide pages, a market-news blog and developer/partner logos can all be layered in, with SGD/psf pricing and PDPA-aware register handling staying native for your Singapore buyers. The real future-proofing, though, is ownership: you hold 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days. You are never trapped by a locked template or an app you cannot change — when the business outgrows today’s setup, the same codebase extends instead of forcing you to start over.
- Showcase scales from 6 to a 20+ launch index; large pipelines onboard via the CMS with region/tenure/status filtering and tags
- Full-bleed hero, region-grouped index and the Finder keep a big showcase fast and browsable on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through a hot launch or a marketing push; WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace-style builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Add a funnel as you grow: register-interest plus showflat-viewing booking with an optional PayNow step, and the Finder so buyers self-qualify
- Add depth: district guide pages and a market-news blog for SEO traffic
- Add new lines easily: ECs, overseas or resale sections, with SGD/psf prices and PDPA-aware register handling native for Singapore
- You own 100% of the code, so there is no forced re-platform and no lock-in as the business scales

Can I run my Skyhaus website myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so your team adds a new launch, edits a unit mix, updates indicative pricing, changes a project status, publishes a market note and checks your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical staff get the hang of it quickly.
Running a launch showcase is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new project to add, a unit mix to revise, a status to flip from registering to selling fast, a fresh hero render for the new campaign, a market note to publish. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so a staff member logs in, changes the thing they came to change and hits publish. No staging files, no FTP, no ‘please email the developer’ — your changes go live on the site.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your launches and their renders, the region, tenure, status, TOP and indicative psf each belongs to, the unit-mix table, the amenities-near lists, the order of the launch index, the register-form routing and an optional viewing step are all configurable from labelled fields, not buried in code. SGD/psf pricing is wired into the projects and the Finder so everything stays accurate as your pipeline changes.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task above, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical team to run themselves.
- Add or edit a launch — upload the renders, set the district, region, tenure, developer, TOP, units and indicative psf, fill the unit mix, and it appears in the index, filters and Finder automatically.
- Change a status — flip a project between Now previewing, Registering interest, Selling fast and Final units to keep your showcase accurate.
- Edit a unit mix or pricing — update the bedroom types, sizes and indicative prices in a labelled table whenever the developer’s list moves.
- Swap a render or photo — change the homepage hero, a project cover or any image in a gallery in a click, with new formats compressed automatically.
- Publish a market note — write a piece in the editor, add a cover image and SEO title/description, and it goes live with clean markup.
- Edit the Finder — adjust the regions, bedroom and budget bands and intent options as your pipeline evolves.
- Configure registrations & viewings — set the register-form routing, point WhatsApp to your number, and (if added) connect the booking step and run a test.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top launches and register submissions in Google Analytics, so you know which projects pull leads and what to promote.

New-launch specialist website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, ownership, timelines, platforms, project pages, the New Launch Finder, register-interest forms, SEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you new-launch specialist website in Singapore.
How much does a new-launch specialist website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you new-launch specialist website in Singapore costs between S$500 and S$1,800 with SGBP. The S$500 base covers a complete, mobile-ready, showcase-led launch site; the price rises only as you add a platform, more launches, a market-news blog, the viewing-booking feature or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed launch website built from the Skyhaus demo, your projects laid out as full-bleed showcase pages with spec tables and unit mixes, a region-grouped launch index, the New Launch Finder, a register-interest funnel, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is listed in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most new-launch websites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. A larger showcase, a market-news blog or a viewing-booking funnel can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can my team edit it themselves?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and the site outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so your team can add launches, change a project status, edit unit mixes and pricing, publish market notes and edit copy yourselves, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
Which platform should I choose — native, WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style?
The native Astro build (shown in the demo) is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for loading heavy project renders and SEO. Choose WordPress for full control and plugins, Webflow for a visual editor, or a Squarespace-style builder if you prefer to edit everything visually. The customiser shows the price difference for each.
What is the New Launch Finder?
It is your signature interactive tool. A buyer picks their intent (own-stay or invest), region, bedrooms and budget, and the finder live-matches the launches that fit and shows an indicative psf and entry-price band derived from those matches, each with a one-tap WhatsApp register request straight to you. It captures leads and qualifies them before you even pick up the phone.
How do the project detail pages work?
Each launch gets a full showcase page: a render hero with a location pin, a showflat-hotline band, the project’s positioning, a why-this-launch list, a project-information spec table (developer, district, tenure, units, TOP), an indicative unit-mix table with sizes and prices, amenities-near (MRT, schools, lifestyle) and a sticky register-interest card with WhatsApp and an eBrochure request.
Can buyers register interest, book a viewing or request an eBrochure?
Yes. Every build includes WhatsApp deep links and a working register-interest form on every project, plus an eBrochure request. Add the viewing-booking feature and it extends into a flow that captures the preferred preview slot and can take a holding step via PayNow or HitPay where appropriate, with an SGD record and a confirmation email.
Will my project renders still load fast?
Yes — render performance is the whole point of a launch build. We serve modern WebP/AVIF formats, lazy-load below the fold and set image dimensions to avoid layout shift. The native Astro build stays light even with big galleries, which keeps your Core Web Vitals and buyer first impressions strong.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, image sitemaps and structured data. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph (RealEstateListing, Residence, FAQ), answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google for searches like ‘new condo launches in Singapore’ and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Is my register-interest and buyer data handled safely under PDPA?
Yes. We handle register-interest and viewing-request data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), any payment step runs through PCI-compliant HitPay, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. We never sell your data, and the register form is spam-protected with an explicit consent checkbox.
Can I show indicative pricing and psf without it being a binding quote?
Yes. The design presents from-prices and psf as clearly indicative planning guides, with a standing disclaimer that stack, facing and the developer’s live price list are confirmed at the showflat — exactly how a responsible new-launch site should frame numbers. You edit the indicative figures yourself in the CMS as the developer’s list moves.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — project layout tweaks, colour/type adjustments, copy edits, unit-mix updates and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Is the design unique or a template?
You start from the proven Skyhaus design you can see and click in the live demo, then we customise it to you — your firm name, wordmark, colours, launches, developers, districts, copy and pricing. It is a tailored build on a battle-tested, showcase-led foundation, not a generic landing-page dump that undersells a seven-figure development.
