Started over a unit nobody else would clean properly
Edwin Chua spent a decade watching neighbours pay good money for what they were told was a deep clean — and getting a surface wipe-down that left the coil black and the smell intact. He started Purecool in 2016 to do the one thing those crews skipped: actually deep-clean the fan coil, every time, and show the customer the difference.
Ten years on, that’s still the whole business. We don’t install, we don’t do general handyman work, and we don’t take on jobs we can’t do well. Chemical-washing and overhauling aircon is all we do — which is why our crews are fast, thorough, and honest about which level of clean a unit genuinely needs.
Every wash is per-unit priced up front, flushed properly, sanitised where it’s needed and re-tested cold before we leave. If a unit we deep-cleaned turns musty within 60 days, we come back and re-wash it. That promise is the reason most of our work now comes from homes we’ve cleaned before.

60-day freshness promise
Turn musty or weak inside 60 days and we re-wash that unit at no cost. We would far rather make one return trip than leave a coil half-cleaned.
A finish you can feel
Sheets laid, drainage jetted, coil sanitised and the output re-tested under the vent while you watch. The difference is there to feel and smell before the crew is out the door.
