How the estimate is worked out

Wash level sets the base rate
A general refresh, a chemical wash or a full overhaul each carry their own per-unit rate — the deeper the clean, the higher the base.
Unit type adjusts it
Wall-mounted units are quickest; ceiling cassettes are heavier; concealed ducted fan coils take the most work, so each nudges the price up.
Number of units multiplies it
Pricing is per unit, so the estimate scales with how many you book — and three or more usually unlocks a discounted whole-home rate.
A contract discounts each wash
Put your washes on a twice-a-year or quarterly schedule and the per-wash rate drops 8–15%, shown as a yearly figure.
