Three of our units were barely cooling and the master bedroom one smelled damp every night. The Purecool crew chemical-washed all of them plus the condenser in one morning, laid sheets everywhere and left the place spotless. The smell is completely gone and the air is properly cold again. Booked a twice-a-year contract on the spot.
My living-room cassette unit was so neglected I thought I’d need a new one. Suresh stripped the whole thing down, showed me the black gunk that came out of the tray, and rebuilt it. It blows like new now. Cost a fair bit but a fraction of replacing it. Honest and seriously thorough.
