What’s involved

People deep-clean the indoor unit and forget the condenser outside — but a choked, dusty condenser is what makes a whole system labour, run hot and push your electricity bill up. We chemical-wash the outdoor coil and fan, clearing the baked-on dust, leaves and grime that block heat from escaping.

It matters most for units on hot, exposed ledges and rooftops, and for systems that have started tripping in the heat of the afternoon. Once the condenser can breathe again, the compressor stops straining, the indoor unit cools faster, and the system draws less power doing it.

We almost always recommend washing the condenser together with the fan coil — cleaning one and not the other only does half the job. Booked as a pair, the crew handles both ends of the system in a single visit, and you feel the full difference at once.
