How we run it on the day
We run multi-camera coverage — a wide, a close on the speaker, a roaming shot — into a switcher so the stream cuts like television, with your titles, logo and lower-thirds laid over the top. Audio comes off the main sound system, not a camera mic, so remote viewers hear it as cleanly as the room does.
We push to whatever platform you need — YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, Teams or a private player — with an encoder and a backup connection so the stream doesn’t drop at the worst moment. You can have it recorded and handed back, or edited into a highlight cut afterwards.
