What this is
When an event has a real run of show — a host, segments, an awards reveal, a live act, a video package — the technical disciplines have to move together. The lights have to snap when the screen cuts; the mic has to be live before the speaker opens their mouth. Full show production means one Blackbox crew owns all of it, against one run sheet, so nothing falls between vendors.
How we run it on the day
We start from your programme and design the technical plan around it — sound, lighting, LED or projection, staging, stream — then run a technical rehearsal so the cues are locked before doors. On the day a show caller drives the crew over comms, calling each cue so the night flows exactly as planned and recovers gracefully when a speaker runs long.
One Blackbox contact owns it end to end, from the first quote through to the final strike — one integrated quote instead of five, run by a crew used to high-stakes rooms where there is no second take. That is what Blackbox was built to do.

Sound & PA Systems
Line-array and point-source rigs, mics and a live engineer who mixes the room, not the spec sheet.

Stage Lighting
Wash, spot and moving-head rigs, designed and programmed so the room feels like an event the second guests walk in.

LED Video Walls
Seamless P2.6–P3.9 panels, colour-matched and content-managed, for backdrops bigger than any projector.
