What this is
Projection is still the right call for a lot of events — a wide conference screen, a film screening, a simple slide backdrop in a room you can dim. It scales cheaply to a large image and, in a controlled-light room, looks clean and professional without the cost of an LED wall.
How we run it on the day
We match the projector’s brightness to your room so the image holds up, and use fast-fold screens with dress kits so the frame disappears and only the content shows. For wider stages we run dual screens flanking the speaker, or a single oversized image — whatever keeps every seat in the room able to read your slides.
A Blackbox tech handles the feed, the aspect ratio and the cut between presenters’ laptops so there’s no scramble at the lectern. Add a confidence monitor and your speaker never has to turn around to see their own slides.
