Our story
Built by someone tired of hopeful prices
Marcus Lim grew up a few MRT stops from where Homeground is based today. After eleven years in heartland resale, he kept seeing the same thing: owners listing at flattering numbers, watching their flats sit quiet for months, then cutting the price anyway with a stale listing.
So he built Homeground around the opposite instinct — price honestly from real transacted data, explain the CPF and loan maths up front, and walk away from a listing before quoting a number we can’t stand behind. We’re deliberately small and deliberately local, because knowing a handful of towns block by block beats covering the whole island thinly.
