What's involved
A full groom is the complete salon visit, and it is what most coated dogs come in for. We start with a warm hydro-bath and the right shampoo for your dog’s coat and skin, follow with a high-velocity blow-out to lift loose fur, then move on to the clip — a proper breed style if you want one, or a comfortable freestyle length you’re happy to maintain at home.
Every full groom finishes with the details that matter: ears cleaned and plucked if needed, nails clipped and smoothed, paw pads and sanitary areas tidied, and a face trim shaped to your dog’s expression rather than a cookie-cutter cut. We go at your dog’s pace, take breaks when they need one, and never rush a nervous pet through.
You’ll talk to the groomer before we begin — bring a photo if you have a look in mind, or tell us “short and fuss-free” and trust us to make it suit. We’d rather get the length and shape right for your home and your dog than impress a show ring. Most dogs are ready in two to three hours; we message you a “nearly done” heads-up so there’s no waiting around.
Good for
Coated breeds that need a regular clip — poodles, Shih Tzus, Schnauzers, doodles.
