Some pain needs more than a single treatment. Our Pain Management Programme combines acupuncture, tuina and cupping into a planned course, designed around your specific problem — a stubborn lower back, a frozen shoulder, an arthritic knee, sciatica, or a sports injury that keeps flaring up.
Your physician maps out a realistic plan from the first visit: how many sessions a problem like yours usually needs, how they will be spaced, and what you can do between visits to help. Each session blends the techniques that suit that week — needling to relieve and reset, tuina to mobilise, cupping to release — rather than repeating the same thing.
The goal is honest, lasting relief, not endless appointments. We track your progress, adjust as you improve, and aim to get you to a place where you need us far less. Where something falls outside TCM’s scope, we will say so and point you to the right care.
