The Inflection Method
Lasting change rarely comes from advice. It comes from seeing clearly, choosing deliberately, and then actually doing the thing — supported until it holds. Every Inflection engagement moves through four stages.
We start by getting honest about what is really going on — the situation, the pattern, and the version of you that is ready to change. No assessment-for-its-own-sake; just clarity on what matters most now.
We look at the challenge from angles you cannot reach alone. The right question at the right moment moves a problem more than any answer — and often reveals that the real issue was not the one you brought.
Insight is cheap until it becomes a decision. We turn the new clarity into specific, doable next steps you commit to out loud — small enough to start, real enough to matter.
New leadership only counts when it survives a hard week. We practise it, review what held and what slipped, and adjust — until the change is simply how you lead, not something you are trying to remember.

Rebecca spent fifteen years in operating roles — country manager, then COO of a regional services group — before she trained and certified as a coach. She knows the seat her clients sit in because she has sat in it: the lonely calls, the board pressure, the gap between the leader you are and the one the business now needs. She coaches founders and senior executives on presence, scaling and the transitions that define a career, and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Marcus led engineering teams through hyper-growth before moving into coaching, and it shows in how he works with new and stretched managers. He is practical, calm and very good at the unglamorous mechanics of leading people — delegation, feedback, running a team that holds. He leads much of our Leadership Accelerator and team work, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF.
Priya is an organisational psychologist turned coach who works with leaders navigating big transitions — a first C-suite role, a return to work, a pivot into something new.
