This is not advice-giving or mentoring. As your coach I will not pretend to know your business better than you do. What I bring is a structured way of thinking, the right questions at the right moment, and an outside perspective with no agenda except your growth. We work on the live issues in front of you — a hard people decision, a board you have to win over, a strategy that is not landing, a version of yourself you have outgrown — and we turn each into a clearer next step you can actually take.
A typical engagement runs six or twelve fortnightly sessions of seventy-five minutes, in the quiet of the Telok Ayer studio or over Zoom if your week will not allow the travel. We start with a chemistry call and a clear picture of what "different" would look like in six months, and we check progress against it as we go — because coaching that does not change how you lead is just an expensive conversation.
