Insight is cheap until it becomes a decision. We turn the new clarity into specific, doable next steps you commit to out loud — small enough to start, real enough to matter.
Embed
New leadership only counts when it survives a hard week. We practise it, review what held and what slipped, and adjust — until the change is simply how you lead, not something you are trying to remember.
