We will share a relevant perspective when it genuinely helps, but the work is about your growth, not our advice.
A good sign is that you are carrying decisions you have no one to think out loud with, or you keep ending up in the same kind of stuck. The honest way to find out is a discovery call — a frank 45 minutes where we look at what is going on and whether coaching is the right move now. Sometimes the answer is no, and we will say so.
Completely. Whatever you bring to a session stays strictly between you and your coach. Even when a company sponsors the coaching, individual sessions are private and any reporting back to the business is aggregate and theme-level — never a transcript of who said what.
Most 1:1 work runs six to twelve sessions, usually fortnightly, with founder work often continuing on a rolling quarterly basis. Team and corporate engagements run three to six months. We agree the shape at the start and review it as we go — coaching should fit your build, not a fixed curriculum.
Both. One-to-one sessions happen in the quiet of our Telok Ayer studio or over Zoom, whichever your week allows — many clients mix the two. Team and corporate work is usually delivered on-site at your office across Singapore.
Our principal coach is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, with fifteen years in operating roles before coaching. Our associate coaches hold ICF Associate Certified Coach credentials. We coach to ICF standards and ethics.
Individual engagements are scoped as a fixed number of sessions, so you know the investment up front — indicative from-prices are shown on each programme. Team and corporate work is scoped per engagement after a conversation about your goals. Estimates here are guides, not fixed quotes; the discovery call confirms the right scope and price.
