Most leadership teams are a collection of capable individuals who have never been helped to work as one team. The meetings run long, the real disagreements happen in the corridor afterwards, and decisions get re-litigated for weeks. Team Coaching treats the team itself as the client — building the trust, candour and shared operating habits that let a group of strong leaders actually pull together.
We start by listening — a short diagnostic of how the team really works, where decisions stall, and what is being said everywhere except in the room. From there we run a sequence of facilitated working sessions on the live issues: how you make decisions, how you handle disagreement, what you each own, and how you hold one another to it. The work is practical and a little uncomfortable in the right way, because nothing changes if the hard things stay unsaid.
Crucially, we do not stop at a good offsite. Between sessions the team practises the new habits in its actual meetings, and we coach the team leader on holding the line when old patterns reassert themselves. A typical engagement runs three to six months, scoped to the size and state of the team, and is judged on one thing: whether the team decides, trusts and delivers better at the end than at the start.
