The Leaders’ Circle brings together a small, carefully matched group of six leaders — founders and senior executives from different companies and sectors — into a confidential coaching circle that meets once a month. You bring your real challenges; the group, guided by a coach, helps you see them more clearly than you could alone.
Each half-day session blends facilitated peer coaching with a focused leadership theme, so you leave with both fresh perspective on your own situation and a practical idea or two to apply. Because the members come from outside your own company and industry, the candour is real and the advice is unconflicted — no politics, no agenda, just experienced people thinking hard about your problem and you about theirs.
Groups are kept small and matched for seniority and stage, and what is said in the circle stays there. Over six months a good circle becomes something rarer than any course: a standing board of peers you trust, who notice when you are off, and who will hold you to the leader you said you wanted to be.
