Why "Inflection"

An inflection point is the moment a curve changes direction — where what got you here stops being what takes you further. Every leader we work with is at one: a business that has outgrown how it is being run, a role that needs a different version of you, a team that has to start deciding as one.

We started the practice for a simple reason. The further up you lead, the fewer people you can think out loud with — and the more it costs to get the big calls wrong. Coaching, done properly, gives you that thinking partner back: a steady, unbiased hour to see clearly, decide deliberately, and lead in a way that holds under pressure.

We are deliberately small. Every client is coached by an experienced, ICF-credentialed coach who has led before they coached — because the conversation is better when the person across from you has actually sat where you sit.

Rebecca Tan

Founder & Principal Coach

PCC, ICF · 14 years coaching

Rebecca spent fifteen years in operating roles — country manager, then COO of a regional services group — before she trained and certified as a coach. She knows the seat her clients sit in because she has sat in it: the lonely calls, the board pressure, the gap between the leader you are and the one the business now needs. She coaches founders and senior executives on presence, scaling and the transitions that define a career, and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Marcus led engineering teams through hyper-growth before moving into coaching, and it shows in how he works with new and stretched managers. He is practical, calm and very good at the unglamorous mechanics of leading people — delegation, feedback, running a team that holds. He leads much of our Leadership Accelerator and team work, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF.

Priya is an organisational psychologist turned coach who works with leaders navigating big transitions — a first C-suite role, a return to work, a pivot into something new. She brings rigour and real warmth, and a knack for helping people step into a bigger seat as themselves rather than an impression of someone else. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF.

Whatever you bring stays strictly between us. Even in corporate programmes, individual sessions are private and any reporting is aggregate.

Honest about fit

If coaching is not the right move, or a different coach would suit you more, we will tell you plainly. A good discovery call sometimes ends in a no.
