The beginner track — earn your first pull-up, dip and clean push-up with coaching that meets you exactly where you are.
Anyone with a solid strict pull-up and dip who wants the muscle-up.
Once you own a clean strict pull-up and a full dip, Intermediate is where the skills people actually came for start to appear. The headline goal is the bar muscle-up — and we get you there the honest way, building the explosive high pull, drilling the transition over the bar, and bridging the gap with band-assisted reps until the whole motion flows in one piece.
Alongside the muscle-up you build the strength base that makes everything else possible: higher-volume pulls and dips, the L-sit, toes-to-bar, and your first proper introduction to the gymnastic rings, where strict strength has nowhere to hide. Classes stay small so a coach can watch your transition and fix the timing that makes a muscle-up click.
This is the level where training becomes genuinely fun — you can feel yourself getting strong, and the first muscle-up is a moment members remember for years. From here you choose your path: deeper into the static-strength skills of Advanced, or sideways into the balance work of the Skills class.
