Junior Groundwork channels everything kids naturally love to do — climb, hang, swing, balance, jump — into safe, coached bodyweight training. In age-grouped classes our coaches build real movement skill: hanging and climbing strength, balance and coordination, and the first pull-ups and holds, all through games and challenges rather than drudgery.
It is structured but never grim. Children progress through their own little milestone ladder, earn genuine strength they can see, and pick up the focus and resilience that comes from working at something hard and getting better. Every class is run on matted floors with a low coach-to-child ratio and a strong emphasis on safe technique.
For many families it is the antidote to a screen-heavy week — an hour where the kids are moving, challenged and beaming. All abilities are welcome, no gymnastics background needed, and siblings train at a discount.
