You get a coach’s full attention for the session — every rep watched, every cue personal — built entirely around your goal, whether that is a first pull-up, a clean muscle-up transition, or a planche line that finally holds.

Sessions are by appointment and flexible around your schedule, run at the Paya Lebar studio or the East Coast bars. Your coach builds you a personalised plan, reviews your form on video where it helps, and adjusts session to session based on exactly what your body is doing.

Many members use private sessions strategically — a handful to break through a plateau, a single assessment to set their programme, or a regular slot alongside their classes. Five-session packs bring the per-session price down, and private coaching combines with any class membership.
