What it’s about
Cupping is how the trade tastes coffee — a structured side-by-side of several origins, slurped from a spoon, scored on aroma, acidity, body and sweetness. It’s the fastest way to train your palate, and it’s genuinely fun.
We pour a flight of four to five coffees from different origins and roasts, point out what to notice in each, and help you put words to flavours you’ve always tasted but never named. No experience needed — just curiosity.
By the end you’ll taste coffee differently, and you’ll understand why two cups of “just coffee” can be worlds apart. A lovely thing to do with a friend.
