What it’s about
This is the class for the person who just bought a home machine and isn’t sure why their coffee tastes nothing like ours. In two hands-on hours you’ll learn to grind, dose, tamp and pull a balanced espresso, then steam milk to a glossy microfoam.
We keep it to six people so everyone gets real time on the machine, not just a demo to watch. You’ll taste the difference between a good shot and a bad one and learn to fix the bad one yourself.
You leave able to make a genuinely good flat white at home, with a one-page cheat sheet and a small bag of Telok Blend to practise on.
