Singapore Muay Thai
for absolute beginners
to future fighters
A friendly gym where your first jab matters as much as someone else’s first fight. Train Muay Thai, boxing and clinch with Thailand-trained coaches — no ego, no experience needed.
A gym that roots for the beginner
Clinch started with a stubborn belief: the best Muay Thai gyms are also the friendliest. Too many people are put off by rooms full of egos and hard sparring. So we built the opposite — a place where walking in on day one with zero experience feels normal, because more than half of us started exactly there.
The name is a nod to the part of Muay Thai most gyms skip: the close-range clinch. It is technical, tactical and best learned somewhere patient. That patience runs through everything we do — beginner classes every day, Thailand-trained coaches who explain the why, and a path that takes you from your first jab to whatever goal you set, at your own pace.
Whether you want to get fit, learn a real skill, or one day step into the ring, you will find your level here — and a room full of people quietly willing you on.

Cornered fighters across Thailand and Singapore for two decades. Leads our fight team and sparring classes, and is the calm voice in your corner on interclub night.
More than a gym
A welcoming community
A genuinely friendly room where beginners are the norm, not the exception — you’ll know names within a week.
60+ classes a week
Mornings, lunch and evenings, seven days a week, across two gyms — there’s always a class that fits your schedule.
Two handy locations
Lavender for town and the east, Jurong East for the west — train at either on the same membership.
Proper facilities
Real rings, a full bag area, clean showers and free gear loan — turn up after work and train without the faff.
All levels, one room
From first-timers to fight-team athletes, everyone trains together and lifts each other up. No grading politics.
Find your training path
Tell us your experience, your goal and how often you can train — and we’ll map out a simple, phased path plus the pass that fits, in seconds.
This is a friendly starting point, not a fixed plan — your coach will fine-tune the right classes and pace for you on your first visit. Class-pass prices are current at the time of writing. Clinch Muay Thai is a fictional demo brand built by SGBP.
Come and throw your first jab
Book a trial, bring nothing but a towel and water, and we’ll loan you gloves and wraps. No experience, no sign-up on the spot, no pressure — just an hour to see if you love it.
